I was worried reading some of the nasty reviews what we may find when we arrived. After staying here 3 days and having family in adjoining rooms, I can honestly say we loved this place and would definitely come again. Rooms have been renovated.  Everything worked well. Room air conditioners are loud but not a deal breaker. Reception was friendly and helpful with storing bags recommendations, calling taxis for us, etc. We all had the breakfast in adjoining restaurant and food and service are fantastic.  You can’t beat the location either. Beautiful view of English Bay and short walk to Stanley Park. There are restaurants and services of every kind within a short walk here.

Great room, great price, great staff. This hotel is located just a block from the water. You can stroll the beach + walk to hundreds of pubs, restaurants and shops in the area. The room was a nice with comfy beds and lots of towels. The room was clean, well maintained and the staff were amazing. Staff went above and beyond during our stay. We also had breakfast at the hotel restaurant called The Park. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. Our group had the Eggs Benedict, homemade hash and a traditional breakfast. All were delicious and the coffee and service were great. We will definitely stay again.

One of the best locations we have stayed at in Canada if you get a room with a balcony. All of my review is for a balcony room with 2 queen beds. We had an amazing stay at the Best Western. The staff are off the charts amazing and SO accommodating.  Rooms are spacious and super clean. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it as a basic room with an amazing location, super friendly staff and clean.

There was a MOUSE in our room....nAnd the AC was loud and moldy. The windows were very thin and didn't block out sound from the street much at all. Location is great and service is meh. They didn't change our bed sheets and pillows a few times. Not worth the price.
