Smoke FX Vape Shop

Was just in to grab some things for my partner & asked a question about a product. I guess the answer seemed obvious, as an employee behind the desk mockingly repeated my question and they both loudly laughed. Honestly wild to see that behaviour in real life. The other shops in the area are always super helpful, I would recommend any of them if you’re not super familiar with products & may have a question.

I have been shopping at Smoke FX for several years now and have always been pleased with their service. I want to give a 'shout out' to Taz who helped me today. I called the store first to ensure they had the product and quantity I needed. After Taz informed me they did, I visited the store and picked up what I needed. Taz was friendly, professional and very informative; great guy. With the diminishing quality of customer service in general in Canada today, it is certainly a refreshing experience to deal with a gentleman like Taz. I'll stay loyal to Smoke FX because of people like him. Thanks again.

Worst store ever!! They gave me a card on which they put a stamp whenever I buy a vape, and when I collected the stamps on the card I went back to take the free vape, they said they discontinued the cards!! That is such a cheap thing to do to a customer!! Never coming back here!! Thanks for lying!!!!!nnUpdate after the response from owner: Yeah right, the guy in the store said since August!!! Anyway, you lost a regular customer today!!

Prices have gotten way way out of hand. Just not long ago price for a bottle of juice was only $10 no tax. And now a bottle of juice is $43. How the hell does it cost $33 for just the cost of taxes. Either we're getting ripped off by our Government or Smoke FX is ripping off its customers.nI won't be returning here anymore. Tired of being ripped off left right and center by everyone in this country. Already price of food and Rent has gotten out of hand here.
