Location had a great view. Food was very good. Our server was very attentive and funny! The opera singing was excellent and a treat. Better than radio music! The pasta cook had a fair amount of options to add for a customized meal. Would highly recommend at least to try the Italian Opera buffet if you have never been before to one. Fun to celebrate a birthday. They sing you happy birthday in opera like fashion!

Had a meeting at the pan Pacific in the crystal ballroom. The room itself is beautiful, we have been there on a few occasions and I really like how it's set up. The hotel provided coffee (Starbucks coffee) and some sweets which were pretty average but appreciated anyway. The chairs were pretty comfortable, if a little old, but given that many places use plastic chairs it's nice to have proper "dining" type chairs used. The hotel is undergoing some renos right now on the escalators and they do not allow you to use the stairs so you're forced to wait for the elevator which isn't great, hence the 4 stars. Overall they do a great job and I've enjoyed the numerous times I've had work events at the pan.

Went for a special anniversary dinner for my aunt and uncle. The restaurant was very nice and had a separate area for our function with a set menu that took into account all allergies at the table. Was a very pleasant experience and I'd recommend it to other people looking to host private functions.

Had dinner at the opera buffet. Food was great. Ambience was great. Service was excellent. The pasta chef was very efficient and we were eating delicious pasta in no time.

Loved my stay here! It is close to sky train, but there is really no need to venture far from the hotel because everything you could wish for us here. Shops, dining, entertainment . . . it is wonderful!
Despite all the hustle and bustle on the street, it is extremely quiet in the rooms. The beds are comfortable, the water views breathtaking. I loved my stay here!
