Dear Jollibee Team,nnI am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent visit, which may be my last for the time being due to recurring issues with my orders.nnToday, I ordered a 1-pc Chickenjoy combo and was served chicken that appeared dry and not freshly cooked. Having previous experience working in a chicken fast-food establishment, I am familiar with the difference between freshly prepared and old or dry chicken.nnAdditionally, the photo displayed showed a leg part, but I was given a thigh part instead. Since the cashier did not ask which part I preferred, I assumed the order would match what was shown.nnUnfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. On several visits, I have consistently received dry or old chicken. I chose not to raise these concerns immediately out of respect, as I have also worked in the customer service industry and understand how demanding the job can be.nnThat said, I would also like to mention that the level of customer service during this visit was disappointing. While I understand that crew members may be tired, the cashier was not friendly, which added to my overall dissatisfaction with the experience.nnI hope that management can provide additional training to ensure food quality, accuracy of orders, and a more welcoming and friendly customer service experience. I truly hope to see improvements on my next visit.nnThank you for taking the time to read this feedback.

A fast food spot known for its crispy fried chicken and unique menu items. The chicken sandwich and fried chicken are flavourful with a nice crunch, and sides like spaghetti or gravy give it a distinct twist compared to other chains. A solid choice if you’re craving something different from the usual fast food fare.

I came to this location a few times. Very busy. I feel , sometimes the pick up line can be more efficient.. there are instances where my order number is same as someone else's.nnFor fast food. It has done well

September 1,2025nWe always go to this branch and this is the first time that we encountered a bad chicken.nMy mom smelled something different with one of the chicken and went to the counter and asked for a new one.nManager Sherwin and Manager Faye they’re good and accommodating, unfortunately there’s this one manager that rolled his eyes to my mom dismissing her claim.nSo rude hope you reprimand that rude manager of yours! SO DISAPPOINTING!

Our family went to this restaurant at my daughter’s suggestion, and it was a good experience.nWe ordered the Jolly chicken buckets and two sandwiches. The food was fresh and tasted great.nHowever, the tables and the floor could have been cleaner.
