We were a bit far from home and came across Stanley Park Brewing as we were exiting Stanley Park. A bit hungry, it was lunch so why not stop for lunch. We have had the beer from the brewery, so why not try the food?nWe were shown to a nice table and the staff were very attentive without being obtrusive. Some great suggestions from our server. The beer was delish as was the lunch. We had fish and chips and a bucket of prawns. All was excellent!nThe restaurant itself has lots of character and is very well laid out. There is accessible access and toilet facilities.
Great beer! Amazing food! And what a view and location! This was an awesome stop on a day long bike ride. It was a welcome respite to a hard ride around Stanley Park. The food was just amazing and the beer a perfect way to beat the heat of the day in Vancouver. The staff was knowledgeable about the beer and the notes so to assist in finding the perfect beer for everyone. I would recommend stopping in for a snack and a brew during your adventures in Stanley Park!
Couldn't make a reservation so had to wait about 30 minutes for a table. Ended up being seated inside and it was incredibly hot. Service was extremely slow. The table beside us had been seated for 20 minutes before we were seated and hadn't had a server come by their table yet. When the server did finally come he talked to us all at once and took both tables orders. Since we figured it would be a while before getting food, we ordered an app. The pretzel. This was the scrawniness most pathetic pretzel I've ever been served. The cheese was lumpy and the mustard was bland. A grainy dijon mustard would be much better. My avocado toast was inedible. The toast was so hard I couldn't cut it and it cut the roof of my mouth. The best part was the arugula . We were served 2 broken glasses. The whole thing was a disaster. Save you money and eat before or after you enjoy the park.
After a nice walk along the seawall, Stanley Park Brewing was such a perfect place to sit and enjoy lunch and drinks. We sat on the patio on a sunny and warm day. Though it was getting late in the evening, there was a lot of activity in the park, as well as tennis matches. The atmosphere was incredible. We enjoyed flights, drinks, and great food, all served by our fantastic server, Darcy. I highly recommend a visit here.
Lovely experience at Stanley Park Brewing! The atmosphere is inviting and very autumnal this time of year. Had two delicious beers Mermaid Parade and Sunsetter and some phenomenal sweet potato waffle fries. Our server, Pedro L., was so welcoming and kind. The only reason for the 4 stars is the price, a little high but ultimately pretty typical for Vancouver.
