I went to buy a new bike. I am quite newbie but the were super helpful finding exactly what I needed. I am really happy with the purchase. They have a great selection of biks and accessories. I will be back soon for more accessories. Great service and staff.

One of the best shops in the City to buy a new bike. The staff is really knowledgeable, capable and passionate around bikes. They have a great selection of bikes, all of them are really good quality brands. Preices are good too.

I serviced my Rockshox fork and shock (Pike and monarch). The suspension specialist explanined me all the details about the regular services and how to perfect tune my suspension. Great and fast service in a very reasonable price. Strongly recommended

GREAT BIKE SHOP.  Went there last Friday with my girlfriend to look for a couple commuting bikes. The customer service from both employees was outstanding. They were super helpfull to finding us the 'right' bike for each other. Ultimately,  They were explaining all the different options for all the accessories needed, no pushing at all. Even after we bought both bikes they spent spent a considerable amount of time talking us about safety, security and general bike riding in the city. It was an amazing shopping experience

Shop was excellent to deal with. Got a great deal on the bike but ran into a warranty issue shortly thereafter. Being that I am not from Vancouver I had to remove the part and ship it out for service. More Bikes reimbursed me for half of these shipping costs no questions asked. Would definitely buy from again.
