Great customer service and good prices, we really enjoyed taking with the staff about Vancouver and they were very helpful all around. Taking the bike around Stanley Park is a great experience on a hot summer day! My bike had very squeaky brakes, though. I've given them the feedback and they were very appreciative.

Nice manager and staff, good bike, fair price. Spent a beautiful full day cycling through Vancouver and had a blast. Best to reserve a bike online beforehand. Bikes on Robson deserves all the success they have and will have.

Good prices. Rent your bike here if you're planning to bike around Stanley Park. The one by Denman and W Georgia is little bit more expensive than this location.

Terrible customer service! Made a reservation for 4 tandem bikes for my fiancé's birthday and called in as a curtesy to reduce it to 3 bikes as someone pulled out last minute. I was informed that they don't take reservations and the employee that took my reservation should not have taken it. Spoke with the manager and received a very "my way or the highway" attitude. Would not offer any sort of customer service to try and find a way to honour the reservation. Overall left an impression that they aren't customer centric and would be quick to blame the customers or even their own employees if anything goes wrong. I would not recommend giving this place your business.

Pretty decent bike shop. Prices are a bit high for repairs. It was $19 for an 26" Kenda tube + install.
