I was laughed at for asking if I could test ride the bicycles - if you're hoping to test ride bikes before buying go elsewhere for a guarantee that you'll be able to ride before investing. Looking at the other reviews it seems like that perhaps doesn't always happen since some mention test riding, so I feel confused about my experience. Perhaps, my best guess, if you look alternative, young, and gay like me you may be more likely to have your money turned away.

After filling my head with knowledge over the years on ebikes, I have come to the conclusion that Cit-E-Cycles is offering some of the best brands available. After meeting with a very knowledgeable sales rep named Jamie, he confirmed all of my research (a lot of research). I chose a Haibike and he immediately set everything up and I was on my way with my new bike in less than an hour. The entire experience was excellent, the instruction on operation of the bike simple and easy to understand. This is an AWESOME bike! I'm ready to attack beaches, wineries, and everything else along the ride...no gas, no parking fees, nothing but freedom. Thanks so much for all your help.

we had tried electric bikes in Barcelona and thought they were great. We just moved to Kamloops and lived up an incline golf course so needed an extra push. Looked online at a few stores but found almost all the bikes that we liked at cit-e-cycles on Broadway. Called Jamie and said we were visiting for couple of days and these were the bikes that interested us. Fit in a quick visit and test drove what we thought were for us and fell in love with the easy ride. So no fuss no muss all ready for next day pick up. Jamie switched up my seat for a more comfortable ride but then the space was compromised so had some problems but will work them out. Anxious to ride with our grandkids, family outings and next up is Sun Peaks looking forward to new adventures and mastering the E bike. Hoping for help along the way.

It's a small shop so the hours are limited - it took me several tries to make it during open hours. There is also a limited area to try out a bike, (just around the corner and down the lane) which is unfortunate for such a large purchase. I felt reasonably confident because I was able to read a review. Jamie also exchanged the seat for me - the one that came with my CUBE was deadly uncomfortable. Thanks. Went for my first ride this morning - it's glorious with my osteo arthritic knees!
