Stephen and his staff at Bike Gallery went above and beyond when helping me find my bike! I had no idea what to look for in a bike. Stephen dedicated a significant amount of time to helping me find the bike that would best suit my needs (and budget), and even did a fitting to make sure the bike fit me properly and wouldn't exacerbate a previous injury. The atmosphere in the shop is awesome as well - Stephen and the staff are so welcoming, and you can tell they're really passionate about what they do. Though it was my first time in the shop, I could immediately tell that they make a positive impact in the community. I will definitely be going back to Bike Gallery for all of my biking needs from now on!!

Stephen was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy. The rates are fair, and his customer service was truly noteworthy. I would drive out of my way to go back again.

This place was fantastic. I took my bike here to get the gears fixed. They fixed them in less than 10 minutes and didn't even end up charging me. I will definitely be back for anything bike related!

Stephen Kim and the Bike Gallery Team redefined what above and beyond customer service means when they went out of their way to...get me out of a knot. A bad one. My shirts got stuck in my bike wheel (don't ask) and they were REALLY STUCK. I thought I would have to cut them off and ruin 5 of my best shirts :( When I walked in asking for help...Stephen dropped what he was doing and helped me untie the knot in 20 minutes of gruelling pulling and tugging - he should have charged me a fortune. In the end he did not and was just happy that I could happily bike home. I have bought things here before and they are always top notch - highly recommend them especially given that most bike shops have the attitude that you need to do things yourself - not my style thank you!
