Poor communication, and they'll upsell you on things: "We can't do any maintenance until you buy XYZ [new parts]. Lost me as a customer after 3 visits.

Without fail over the years these lovely people have delivered top notch service. They are super friendly , professional and very patient. The first time I went in there almost 19 years ago, all I needed was air and I felt guilty asking. They were so nice about it, wished me a good day, and I've been a loyal client ever since. My mountain bike is 26 years old and certainly not too if the line. However, they always treat me and my bike as if it were a Ferrari and I've just spent $$$$$$$$) in their store. Regrettably I am moving out of the area but I will continue to come back here for my bike service. Thank you!!!!!!!!
