Giant Vancouver

It was my first visit to the Giant store late this January. I found a friendly helpful staff who were very knowledgeable and eager to help me find an E bike. There was no pressure and I was able to take the bike I was interested in which was a Liv Amiti E+ take it out for a couple of rides. They even provided the similar bike for my husband so that he could accompany me and give me his insights as well. Jill spent a lot of time with me making sure that I had the right size and that I was set up for a comfortable and enjoyable ride. She was extremely patient and thorough answering all of my questions with her expert knowledge and in her friendly approachable way she gave me thoughtful suggestions for my new bike. We have four Giant bikes in our family now and for me the Vancouver Giant store was an awesome place to buy a bike.

Got my 2018 TCX Adv Pro 1 from Giant Vancouver. Great service from Jill, great price, great bike, shipped to Ontario with no Provincial Sales Tax (saved 8% over buying in Ontario). All the current specs I was looking for on this bike and NOBODY else had one ready to sell. Bike arrived looking flawless and tuned right to my door. See ya at Cowbell!

I'm a complete newbie to the cycling world, so it's a bit intimidating to walk into a bike shop here in Vancouver and ask a bunch of questions. However, Jill at Giant Vancouver was SUPER awesome and made me feel at ease by answering all my questions with patience and expert knowledge. She spent an hour with me, letting me try numerous demo models and letting me take test rides to fully understand the best bike that'll fulfill my needs. Although I do not have any other experience to compare this to, I just have to say that if you're looking for approachable, friendly, professionals with great customer service that offer a diverse range of bicycles; then head on over to Giant Vancouver.

Bought a couple bikes here and never a hard sell and always super knowledgable and helpful. Took my 3 year old bike in for a servicing. Amazing tune up. Feels brand-new. Gearing is so tight and smooth now. Thank you!
