Waste of time, management is clueless to current trends in cycling and no one there actually rides the bikes that they sell other than their low end commuters. The roadbike 'studio' is a joke and the selection of apparel and gear is outdated and overpriced. Imagine spending 6K+ on a roadbike from someone who doesn't even ride. I have purchased 2 bikes from them in the past but will not buy another from this shop as they are not interested in cycling culture, just taking your money.

I was traveling and my bike had lost a screw to the bottle cage. I needed that one washer and screw to safely reattach my bottle cage. The salesman took the time to search his stock, looked in the service area and Bingo!! he gave me exactly what I needed. No charge. Great helpful and friendly attitude.... he made my day. Thank you BSP!!

I had a catastrophic failure involving my rear derailleur while riding in Vancouver. I was only in Vancouver for a day. The bike was unrideable and I had no idea where to go or what to do. Fortunately for me this happened right across the street from Bicycle Sports Pacific. These guys made me a priority. They replaced the broken parts, repaired what they could and tuned my spokes in just over an hour. They are expert professionals with a friendly attitude. The cost was less than I expected, too. If I lived in Vancouver, this would be my go-to shop for all bike repairs and service.

Subpar technical service. I asked for a specific part (shimano freehub RM33), and the mechanic simply told me he could not further assist me because he couldn't find it on the shimano website. Other bike shops found the part and were able to give me an ETA and advice. I ended up finding the exact part needed in the used spares bins at Our Community Bikes.
