In 2006 SPEEDTHEORY Vancouver opened its doors for business as a premier Triathlon/Cycling specialty shop in the heart of Kitsilano.

Our mandate is to help support triathletes and cyclists and increase their enjoyment and passion for their respective sports. Our staff is heavily involved in, and passionate about, Triathlon, Cycling, Running, and Swimming.

Very helpful and friendly staff during a recent bike purchase. Being my first Tri/TT bike purchase I really appreciated the time taken to be patient with my questions and make sure we got the right bike. Very positive with after care commitments and accommodating with me being an out of town visitor.

Not bad. Not great. Nice enough guys, and good products, but any time I've had work done on my bike here it's been so-so. I'm picky with my stuff, but people with expensiveish bikes should be. I don't get the impression that they test ride bikes after fixing them. That's acceptable, maybe, when working on 800 dollar hybrids, but not on 3000+ dollar race bikes. Frustrating to end up just fixing the problem myself back at home. If attention to detail bumped up in their service, I'd go back. Otherwise, a good go-to for chamois butter, parts, etc.

Excellent experience every time I'm in the shop. The staff are very helpful, friendly, and never pushy. Of course if you don't know this is by far the best place in Vancouver to get a bike fit.

When MEC said the tune up I had in mind is impossible & the bike manufacturer didn't reply to answer my questions, these guys made it happen. Don't shy away bringing your mountain bike here. Renown for their quality road bike work, I took my cross country machine there to realize they are pros tuning and fixing just any kind of bike. Great job, thanks again!
