My Sis, Bro-in-Law and I visited Ottawa for a concert recently and decided to book at Les Suites as they had 2 bedroom suites.nI was a bit concerned as I haven’t been there in ages but it was perfect for our needs. Clean/bright/modern rooms recently renovated?, excellent service, and a solid location in the downtown core.nBonus- We were greeted with a nice ‘welcome card’ and bottle of wine. Nice touch! :nnThe only ‘negative’ is that their parking spots aren’t guaranteed first come, first serve! but we had no issues as it was a quiet night at the hotel.nnIf you’re seeking a hotel with 2 bedroom options, especially young families, I encourage you to check out Les Suites!
This hotel was lovely to stay at! All of the staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful! The room was immaculate and very spacious!! When I had a question the staff was quick to answer my text messages! I even messaged them to ask about a late check out and they were so kind! We ended up spending the evening with our son at the hospital, so we didn’t actually even stay the night! But it was a great landing place in between our friends wedding ceremony and reception. We will definitely be back!
Rooms large with full kitchen large living room and laundry. nice clean place. downside was construction noise from lower floor which was quite jarring. also restaurant not great wanted a plain bagel with butter, was told could only have cream cheese bagel without the cream cheese for $8.... Nice view of the Ottawa Missison which gives perspective on how lucky one is to have a clean place to sleep.
I was in Ottawa for work, I stayed for 9 weeks. I am so happy I stayed at Les Suites. I was in room 1207, and my suite was truly like a home away from home. The full kitchen, washer dryer, private balcony, bedroom with a comfortable bed and lots of dresser and closet space. The bathroom had lots counter space with a great shower. The whole suite was very spacious. The staff at Les Suites are very friendly, helpful and made me feel right at home. The hotel is very clean. Staying for such a long period of time my room was cleaned once a week on the same day every week. I cant say enough about the cleanliness of my suite. I need to throw a very special thank you out to Elvira, such a lovely woman. She always greeted me with a warm smile and asked me how everything was. She made my 9 week stay even better. Thank you so very much to all for the fabulous hospitality. I will be returning in the summer for vacation this time not work.nKeep up the amazing job you all do, and thank you again for making my stay a time to remember. Cheers!!!
Les Suites hotel was recommended by a friend who really enjoyed her stay here with her children. She loved the location and the cleanliness of the rooms. My reservation is not for several months, but I am so impressed with the great communication and outstanding customer service that I wanted to acknowledge it here. I look forward to our stay.
