This hotel was lovely to stay at! All of the staff was very kind, welcoming and helpful! The room was immaculate and very spacious!! When I had a question the staff was quick to answer my text messages! I even messaged them to ask about a late check out and they were so kind! We ended up spending the evening with our son at the hospital, so we didn’t actually even stay the night! But it was a great landing place in between our friends wedding ceremony and reception. We will definitely be back!
Amazing room modern suite with so much space and everything you could need, including a washer and tumble dryer. Kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfortable. Parking was a good idea given the area, there seems to be a drug user community camped around the area of the hotel. Overall great hotel, good location for downtown, would stay again
Great amenities! The suites are essentially little apartments! Full-size kitchen with fridge and dishwasher, laundry in unit! Nice, fresh, modern, very clean. The hotel pool is small but enjoyable. Ample parking in the garage for a fee. It was awesome to have the parking be valid until 11pm on checkout day, so we could check out of the hotel but keep exploring the city.
We had a great stay here. We stayed in a group and went to Bluesfest. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel really just did all the things that I wish other hotels would do. Early check in was an easy and inexpensive upgrade, and late check out was available too and she didn't charge us. The front desk staff were super easy going about it. The rooms were really nice and had everything we needed. Little things like full sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, wine glasses, closet space with hangers in each room, full fridge, microwave, a convenient entry bench, lots of seating. A lovely staff member dropped off a box of chocolates for us! The location was also amazing, we walked everywhere. Parking was fine it was $33. My only suggestions to make this an all around amazing stay would be a coffee station in the lobby. We will try to stay here every time we visit downtown Ottawa, highly recommend.
The room was spotless clean, modern and spacious, fully equipped kitchen..bed sheets and pillows smells so fresh..i love it. I was surprised It has an in suite laundry. Great location. Safe and convenient parking. This will be now our go-to hotel for its excellent amenities, location and service. We really enjoyed our stay.nnI would highly recommend this hotel!!
