Great location. Rooms are good as suites with kitchens. Kitchen could have been better cleaned. Hockey tournament in town. Lots of kids taking overnelevators,running in hallways and playing floor hockey in the workout area. Friendly front desk service. Good parking. $33/day. No room service, but there is a bistro on site.
Prior to today, I would have given service a 5. This manager I spoke to this afternoon about the noise at Les Suites during construction, destroyed it all. I have to say that the attitude of 'oh well, it is noisy, nothing I can do because we aren't making the noise' is nonsense. I have been close to tears all day, have a splitting headache that I can't sleep off because of the noise, and have just read reviews that state this goes on from 7 am - 7 pm Monday to Saturday some say all week! with no interruption.nnThis isn't acceptable. I notice several people in the reviews mentioning having free coupons for breakfast and parking offered. Others were not offered such things. I was offered a 'sorry too bad' and now that I think about it, I don't think I got a sorry.nnI have been here all week and have another 3 days of this to come. I am incredibly unhappy as I wasn't warned and would like to know who to speak to regarding some form of compensation please. This has been, is, and I expect will continue to be a hellish experience. I am incredibly disappointed in the disregard from the manager I was speaking to as I am almost crying out of frustration to him.nnPlease.... do the right thing and compensate the guests that are inconvenienced by this. It is awful.nnIn response to your response, the noise started at 7 and went until 5. I asked for a room on the other side of the hotel and was told no. I was absolutely not offered earplugs.nnWhen I checked out and was asked how my stay was by a different person at the front desk. He offered his sincere sympathies and refunded me a night's parking.nnWhoever you are that is writing the response - you are either lying about what I was offered or you were lied to.
Two types of rooms are there. Classic suites are like an old suites. Modern suites are very nice. Staffs are very friendly. Some construction work is going on. Little bit congested in parking lot. Other than that perfect place. Worth for money. Nice swimming pool and gym.
When we visit Ottawa this hotel always is first choice to stay at. Because you guys have amazing staff at reception especially a guy named Amin - he's really respectful and he's a helpful man. thank you for all!nI recommend for all to make it first choice
Stayed as a family for a couple of days in August 2023. Had a lovely stay from the UK.nOur suite was very spacious, and the kitchen bigger than mine at home.nThree teenagers enjoyed the pool.nAnd ideally situated for exploring the city centre. Use the hop-on, hop-off bus, worth the money.
