The Business Inn

We left this hotel very happy after staying for 2 nights. The room was really spacious, comfortable, and clean. There was a kitchen and a work area. The bathroom and toilet were really clean and had everything you might need. The breakfast area might not be sufficient for everyone, but we had our breakfast in the room, which was fine for us. Breakfast was delicious. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot. We paid 45 CAD for 2 nights, but I think there is a cheaper parking nearby. You can use that too. The hotel is conveniently located downtown and within walking distance of almost everything worth seeing. You can find nice restaurants and bars nearby. It's truly an excellent hotel in terms of value for money. If I go to Ottawa again, I would choose this place again.

Good location, clean room, great customer service and ready to accommodate my feather/down allergies with no fuss. Also, they offer really good options for the free continental breakfast, including breakfast sandwiches in ready-to-go sustainable containers. My only critical comment would be that I found the queen bed pretty small. Was closer to a double bed in my opinion.

This is by far the best value for a hotel I have ever stayed at. Staying here makes me want to come back to Ottawa, just to spend another few nights at The Business Inn.nnThe rooms have full kitchens and are very large. We had a nice balcony with a nice view of Ottawa and a view of our car down in the parking lot, which was just nice for peace of mind and the ability to quickly step out and make sure I locked the car doors.nnThe rooms have more amenities than you could probably even utilize. Full kitchens, a computer with printer, air purifiers, Dyson fans, very comfortable beds and couches, white noise machines, and I’m probably missing several things.nnThe rooms are admittedly a little dated, but they are cleaner and with more features than I have experienced and much more expensive hotels.nnThe breakfast was great! Definitely one of the better included breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Lots of options for foods and a pretty nice dining area! Keep in mind there is a second seating area to the right when you exit the elevators. I think a lot of people don’t realize that and they try to cram into the room where they’re serving the food. The other area is much quieter and larger.nnIf all of that didn’t make it great enough already, the employees make this place that much better. Check in and out was extremely fast and painless, the employees are always extremely friendly and we had some great conversations with many of them. I have never felt so valued as a customer at a hotel, you feel like royalty they treat you here.nnI will not stay anywhere else in Ottawa, I really look forward to staying another weekend here!

Very good location close to everything.Very nice large 2 rooms for 3 people. Very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The only disappointment was the bedroom queen size bed and mattress. We had 2 bad night sleep because of the bad mattress. The pull out couch was good.

I had an excellent experience at the business inn! I called two weeks before my check in asking if I can get early check in it was scheduled for 4pm but I was asking for 2pm, and they accommodated me no problem! I arrive that day, check in was pleasant! The people working front desk were very nice and informative. I booked a 2 bedroom one was a queen size bed the other was a pull out couch. I was SHOCKED when I went in my room! I had a BIG living room that had 2 pull out couches, coffee table, dining room table with 4 chairs, a computer, a whole kitchen with an oven, microwave and fridge, a big TV, and a separate bedroom with a TV. I was not expecting all this because I paid less than $200 for this one night! We requested for an hour later for check out and accommodated it no problem with no extra charges for both accommodations. The place was clean, my room was spotless, and they have complimentary breakfast which is very basic but wasn’t bad! The location is great too very close to many great restaurants and night life. I highly recommend!
