The Business Inn

Highly recommended! Especially for travelers with kids!nThis is the hotel makes me feel as comfortable as staying home. It is remodeled from an apartment building, so each hotel room has a full functional kitchen, a living room, a large balcony and a bedroom. Great breakfast, including sandwiches, hash brown and fresh fruits. And it has very convenient indoor parking. Staff is kind and helpful. When we mentioned we have a lot of luggage, they assigned us a parking space closest to the elevator.nGreat location. Around 15min walk to parliament hill.nnThe elevator is a little bit small and sometimes needs to wait a few minutes in rush hour. But in general, highly recommended and will continue staying here if visit Ottawa again.

I booked rooms at the Business Inn in March for four out-of-town comedians performing in a 160-seat show I produced. They were all arriving in Ottawa at different times by car, train, or plane, and the hotel made everything super easy. Albert, my first contact, was really helpful and walked me through the whole process.nnThe staff were awesome—super organized, friendly, and made sure check-ins were smooth, the rooms were clean and comfy, and everyone had a stress-free stay. They went out of their way to help with anything that came up.nnThe Business Inn took great care of my performers, and I’d absolutely book with them again. Highly recommend!

Our room was excellent, with a king size bed, small kitchenette, love seat, sm table with chairs, desk top computer, balcony and big TV, breakfast included. The room was very clean and the location was perfect for doing all the museums. The front desk was kind and courteous. Reasonable prices for what all you got. Too bad you have to pay for parking, but I guess that's a big city.

People at the reception are super nice, polite, caring and kind. The service is amazing. Breakfast is so nutritious, fresh and healthy. Good quality of coffee makes your mood to be good and positive the rest of the day. Laundry is clean with good quality detergent and 24/7 available. Room service personnel is beyond the expectation. Doesn’t matter at what part of the day we leave the room, when we are back it’s tidy and clean as if a fairy waved with magic wand. The hotel location is so beneficial if you are going to visit museums, Parliament House or restaurants. Kitchen is so good and spacious. It allows you to cook the meals on your own or make hot ready food from outside. Extremely professional and accommodating. The room was nicer than the picture, and the complimentary breakfast had so much choice. The staff, from manager to handyman ,were pleasant and happy to assist you with anything. I'm thrilled with my stay, and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
