**A Wonderful Stay at Sheraton Ottawa**nnI recently stayed at the **Sheraton Ottawa**, and while there’s no view to speak of, the experience was fantastic thanks to the **great service** and excellent amenities. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, providing attentive and professional service throughout our stay.nnThe **valet parking** was efficient and hassle-free, adding to the convenience of our stay, especially in a busy downtown area. The **breakfast** was also a highlight—delicious and varied, with plenty of options to suit every preference. It was a perfect way to start the day!nnThe hotel’s **gym** was another plus, with modern equipment and plenty of space for a good workout.nnOverall, while the Sheraton Ottawa may not offer scenic views, it more than makes up for it with its **exceptional service, amenities, and comfort**. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ottawa for business or leisure!

His courtesy, professionalism and personality are top notch and that alone makes for an enjoyable stay. I love the Sheraton brand so always stay there when able. Keep up the great service. Thank you.
Nice king room. The staff were very nice and I had to call the desk a few times and they addressed me by name, a nice personal touch. They were helpful helping me organize some intra-city travel and had some nice suggestions for route planning. I had not had the chance to eat so I cannot comment on the cafe or breakfast. The location downtown was also nice I walked to several places and there is a local transit node like a block away.
Love this hotel and its location.nnThe front desk clerks are always friendly and pleasant. Quick and easy check-in as well.nThey are one of the only hotels that provides robes and house slippers.nnRooms are bigger with King beds that are very comfortable.nnThe surrounding area has everything in one place. The mall, museums, as well as the parliament and lots of bars and restaurants.
