Had a great experience at this hotel. Location is good and close to many good restaurants. You don’t need to spend time in the morning to go buy the food as breakfast is included. There were different forms of egg, some jam, tea, coffee and fruits and cereals, etc options. Room was clean and nicely taken care of. There was AC in room which is great. Staff at reception are very welcoming and polite. I needed a quick print and they helped me to get it done. Thank you for great services.

Definitely the right choice when visiting Ottawa! Very safe neighborhood within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, National Gallery, Notre Dame, metro stop, hop on bus tour, river and canal tours. Fabulous breakfast each day. Definitely enjoyed sitting on our balcony in the evening with a glass of wine. Nightlife can be a bit noisy if you leave windows open. Portable AC unit in rooms helped on warm days. Parking available on site for extra fee. Highly recommend!!

I loved the abstract paintings throughout this quaint Inn within steps of the ByWard district. Rooms are equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator/freezer and coffee machine as well as plates and utensils. The staff was down to earth and friendly and the self serve breakfast that came with room was tasty. The no cancellation fee provided peace of mind to plan ahead . My only suggestion would be vending machines for snacks and beverages.

Very pleasant extended weekend stay. Right in the heard of downtown Ottawa. Easy access to bars, restaurants and the 417 E+W. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lovely morning breakfast spread the croissants are stellar. Would recommend to any and all!

It was a good property. From outside it doesn’t feel like it’s hotel. Room was neat and clean. All essentials amenities were provided in room. Safe was also provided in room to store valuables. Breakfast was great as lot of varieties were there. I would suggest some better hoarding so that it would reflect hotel name nice.
