Great hotel overall! The rooms are nice and also affordable. The staff are very polite and helpful!nThe restaurant is a MUST if your staying! Amazing food and service! Also, location is perfect.. close to everything whether it be historical attractions and parliament, or clubbing and restaurants and even shopping!
Well first of all, we’re happy that we didn’t listen to the bad reviews and took a chance on this quiet intimate hotel ! Most of the negative reviews were focused on parking.nnParking is $25/night. It’s located at the back of the hotel, an immediate right. Someone is there to escort you! There’s a 5’8” height restriction. You also have in/out privilegesnnThe hotel is not on “ground”/street level. You do have to climb 4 steps to enter. If you have many bags and need help, just ask the staff.nnThe hotel was very clean and tidy. The staff were professional and friendly. The robe and slippers and water in the fridge was a nice touch.
Staff was friendly and always greeted us. Like the other reviews state the parking situation was very sketchy be super careful if you’re driving anything other than a sedan, my buick encore barely made it. Rooms were decent but I was shocked to discover it didn’t have a microwave when even cheap motels have them. No vending machines or pantries to buy snacks either which is insane. Also if you’re planning on having a shower with water warmer than 30 degrees Fahrenheit you’re going to have to let the water run for at least 7 minutes. Literally. Elevators were nice.
Very nice hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The rain shower head was a nice touch. Great location to walk to many popular sites.
The front desk staff received a perfect rating of 10/10, which was excellent. However, the room requires renovation and upgrades. The air conditioning unit was noisy, and there were issues with the hot water. Parking is available for an extra fee.
