We booked this hotel by chance and it was great experience . Rooms were clean and nice . Wash room was clean . Their service is amazing and everyone is very friendly and wants to help you . It was raining season and they were offering umbrella to their guest if they were going out . Soft drinks and water were complementary. They provided ear plugs in your room incase anyone in your room snores so you can use it to sleep . One minor thing is since it’s in core downtown the car parking is bit hassle which have people to park for you

Extremely Disappointed – Would Never RecommendnnWe had a truly frustrating experience at Hotel Andaz. The staff’s go-to response for every issue was simply, “Sorry, there’s nothing we can do.” That phrase sums up our stay.nnThey advertise on-site parking, but fail to mention it’s nearly $50 per night – a detail that should absolutely be disclosed upfront.nnWe specifically booked this hotel for the rooftop restaurant, which looked amazing online. Guess what? It was closed for a private wedding and not available to guests. No heads-up, no apologies, nothing.nnAs for the room itself – the windows were filthy, ruining any chance of enjoying the view. And the bed cover looked like it had been pulled out of a laundry pile – completely wrinkled and uninviting.nnOverall, the hotel felt careless and unprofessional. For the price, there are far better options in the area.nWorse than disappointing – avoid.

Perfect location, close to everything, love the staff super friendly and courtesy always making my stay like home!! Good breakfast and the top lounge had a view to kill for, again friendly staff and good food with great drinks. Romance setting for a couple or meeting with co-workers, making new friends. The room was perfect and comfortable for us, staff took care of us 5 stars. Going to stay again !!!

The room is nice and clean. The king room is not big but nicely designed and functional. The window was clean. The roof top lounge is a nice place to enjoy a glass of wine at night.

Room is nice. Mine was a King with view but it was small! The bathroom was nice but there wouldn’t be much sound privacy if you were with someone. I worked in the room quite a bit and the table was unbalanced and shaky and uncomfortable to work at for more than 30 minutes. The valet parking is not convenient if you are bringing the car back or taking it out during ‘rush times’. The valet people were amazing and very friendly and were hustling. I unfortunately drive an extended pick up so parking in the valet pickup spot was difficult at times. Oh and valet parking is $45/ night with in and out privileges. The location is ok. It has a lot of food options and a nice mall but the crackheads doing the zombie walk around the corner was concerning and they were loud at night yelling at each other once their high was gone. The other issue was the construction. It started at 7:04am daily until 6:45pm. It did have some breaks in the noise but it was difficult to manage as it felt like they were hammering in my head!!! But that isn’t the fault of the hotel so just beware if you are a light sleeper.
