My wife and I visited the "bistro" for a quick bite and a beer while Xmas shopping. Our waitress was very friendly. The food was fresh-adjacent but nothing to write home about. The hotel was hosting several junior league hockey teams, so every car in the parking lot was a pickup truck and the kids were pretty much running wild throughout the lobby. I'd say this is a good enough place to nosh if the other area restaurants are full. I probably won't be back.

The hotel is well situated, very close to many shops and restaurants. Although it is an older hotel, it is very clean and well taken care. The bed was comfortable and the room had a decent size, however the bathroom was very small. The girl at the front desk, Katlyn, was awesome! Super helpful and friendly. The only thing that disappointed was the pool which was cold.

Big disappointment Was there with a large group for two day business seminar. Meeting rooms were fine. food was so-so, not up to par for a meeting of our size. Granted it was unique, but it was dry & tenderloin was tough. Past seminars at other hotels had much better food. Biggest disappointment was kids in the hotel for hockey tournament. They had unused energy (typical kids) and ran up and down halls/stairwells most of the time. Parents were nowhere in sight and hotel did not do much to curtail the nuisance. If you are going to book a large business conference, hockey tournament does not match. One or the other. No consideration for guests, just fill the hotel and make money

The central location is perfect for people wanting to avoid traffic, as a lot of things are in walking distance. Staff was professional and friendly. Above ground and underground parking is harder for bigger vehicles like trucks but it's doable. I can't comment on the bistro because we ate out. The traffic can be a little loud but it's expected. Rooms were clean and spacious. Overall satisfied with our experience and would stay again.

Stayed here for three nights. I have only positive things to say. Clean room, close to everything downtown, and staff were SUPER!! I especially would like to thank Orancj Niamthong and Annabelle who both worked at the front desk,for all the professional help they gave that went above and beyond. I will definitely be back!!!
