We bought a used Mercedes GLK within 4 hours from the time we stepped in the dealership. very nice and efficient people there. Both Scott and Cam are very friendly and passionate. The truck we traded in had a collision that more expensive than we remembered, Cam and Scott tried to understand where the Damage was and being very reasonable for my trade in $. I will definitely visit again if I plan to buy another car.

We just purchased our second Subaru here today(once you get into Subaru you never look back) and could not be more pleased with the customer service we received. Our sales lady was Jeanne Mok and we were more than impressed with her service. There was absolutely no pressure in the decision of the purchase, or throughout the whole process from start to finish. The numbers never changed and there was absolutely no unpleasant surprises. Thank you to the whole team over at Jim Pattison Subaru in Coquitlam for making our new purchase comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely be referring my friends and family here. We came out from Chilliwack and it was absolutely worth the distance!

The majority of my transaction was handled via phone as I live outside the Lower Mainland. The sales staff (Jeanne) and management were more than helpful and did not apply any pressure sales upon my arrival at the dealership. The purchase of an Outback was seamless and stress free and I would conduct business with them in the future.
