I just had the big service for my ES 350 Lexus at the dealership where I leased and later purchased my car, Open Road Lexus in Port Moody, BC that is. As soon as I stepped into the dealership, everybody greeted me with a big smile. Things that were planned to be rendered for my car was clearly explained to me, with the estimated time and cost. A loaner vehicle was given to me to make sure that I can get to work or run my errands. Mr. Cameron Ma, the manager of the service department, was there before arrival of the customers. He made sure that all the customers are being taken care of and everything is in order and place. If anything should be addressed that was not on the agenda, They discuss it with me. They provide me with the reason behind it with estimated cost. I feel like I'm at home. The service is excellent. All the staff is super friendly and always helpful. They have no problem if I bring the loaner vehicle beyond their working ours, which is usually when I finish my work. Had a great experience matched with even better customer service here at OpenRoad Lexus Port Moody. From the sales manager David Sha that personally greeted us promptly at the door to Jae, Frank, Amanda, Kim for all their help and driving out the door with Kevin waving us off after a thorough crash course of the RX! Nothing but great things to say about these individuals. If you're looking for a Lexus, go find one of them! If you're looking to have your Lexus serviced by professionals, go find Edward and Miguel with service! You'll be glad you did.

Outstanding service each and every time for the last 12 years. Honest with their dealings. We never felt over charged. Very pleasant atmosphere. Hard working and accommodating staff, specially Cameron the service manager. Will buy a new Lexus just to have our car service here again!

Outstanding service! I had the best car shopping experience with Port Moody Lexus. Pat was awesome, he found me the car I wanted! He explained every little details and answered all my questions! No pressure or hard selling! Amazing cars and amazing service!
