I went to Burrell to take a look at a vehicle that I was interested in and Calvin was the one that helped me out. I found Calvin to be very easy going and knowledgeable and did not pressure me into making a purchase. Through our conversation, he actually suggested I have my current vehicle checked out and fixed at the shop next door, whom did the work at a very reasonable price. Although I did not purchase a vehicle that day, I appreciated Calvin's honesty and willingness to help. When I am ready to purchase another vehicle, I will definitely check back with Burrell!
Calvin was a pleasure to work with. He showed he knew what he was talking about when he sold us our mazda6. He was very kind and attentive with all the questions we had and was at no way pressuring us to purchase this car whiteout us at ease. The service was great, the car drives well. I feel like we got a good find.
Just purchased my first car from here! Calvin was so great from the first moment we test drove the car everything was wiped down and covid safe. They let me take the car into a local shop for a full inspection and happily addressed the minor issues that came up before I made the purchase. The prices are very fair and I truly feel like I got a great value car! Highly recommend this dealership.

They are very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have, and are very quick to accommodate. I highly recommend Burrell Auto if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle.
My wife and I purchase our vehicle from Burrell Auto and found the staff to be extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Calvin was very helpful and the vehicle came with a Carfax report and everything checked out. In the end like any purchase it's up to the purchaser to inspect and ask questions and I felt that every opportunity was given to do so. If you buy something and it doesn't measure up and issues are later found, there's no one to blame but yourself for not doing your due diligence and in the end its not the duty of car dealers to check every vehicle detail, this task is our responsibly as consumers. I felt very comfortable making our purchase and after a year plus driving our Nissan Micra we've had no issues and would gladly visit again for future purchases.
