So. We did go to other places to test other options. After looking at Honda dealers in the Lower Mainland we got a very good feeling about this family run operation. We had Michael Tran on our side, working with Alex in financing, the management as well as the insurance advisor. This is absolutely a team that has your best interest at heart. We never felt pressured, only supported. This was a big decision for my wife and I and we are so happy it ended up here. The management always checked in with us through our multiple visits and we ended up heading home feeling happy and proud of our beautiful new investment. Do not hesitate, Westwood Honda is the best place to become part of the Honda Family.
Had an excellent experience purchasing my Honda Civic EX. The car drives great — smooth, efficient, and full of useful features. Franklin Badu was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy. The pricing was completely transparent with no surprises. Highly recommend both the car and Franklin’s service!
Amazing experience with Jason Davies. He was very professional and courteous. What I liked about this dealership was transparency. Everything was transparent and without hidden fees. I always got complete and transparent quotes with different scenarios from him. He and his manager went above and beyond in giving me the demo car to drive it to my home so my wife could see it as she couldn't come to the dealer. We didn't end up buying a car from them but our experience was excellent. Thanks Jason!
