OpenRoad Mazda-Port Moody

First time going to a dealership and I had an amazing experience! Amy and Rana helped me with my car, Chloe for my insurance coverage and Stefani helping me get approved for my car. I was really nervous at first since I didn’t know what to expect going to a dealership but everyone was so welcoming. Every person I met was so kind and made me feel comfortable. I’m so happy with my new Mazda, I totally recommend them!

You feel like person at Mazda Port Moody vs a dollar sign. On my visit to the dealership I had a very different experience than I have had at other dealerships. I bought my second brand new car in this shop and I was not disappointed again. The sales representative who assisted me was Lovish. He was polite, very friendly, professional, and enthusiastically introduced the car to me. The experience does not end when you drive the car off the lot as there is further follow-up and availability for questions or concerns. Highly recommend.

Jay Wu and Eric Yang and their team at OpenRoad Mazda Port Moody were PHENOMENAL to work with when purchasing my 2024 Mazda 3. They were extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable. Danny Chen was very helpful with setting me up with a warranty plan, and I felt like he genuinely wanted to ensure that I had the best, safest and smartest plan and offer that would suit my personal needs with my vehicle. I had such an easy and VERY streamlined experience here. They all were an absolute delight, and I would absolutely recommend Mazda to everyone, and I would especially recommend working with Jay and his team in Port Moody.
