Shawn was our salesman and we couldn’t have been happier. We were looking for a slightly used Jeep but unsure of which year. He showed us many different jeeps without us feeling like he was a pushy salesman. He was informative and accommodating. Would definitely recommend him as a salesman you would want to work with. Bo helped us with our financing purchase and shared all our options and presented the added warranties and coverages in a manner that made us feel like we were making a good economical choice. We are so happy with our purchase and can’t wait for Vancouver weather to turn sunny and go topless!

He was extremely helpful and was able to show us all stock on hand that would meet or exceed our needs. Never once were we pushed towards something better because it would be a better sale. I was fortunate when I entered the dealership looking for a new Jeep Cherokee. Lucky in that I met up with Chris Wilde. His sincere and non-pushy approach to sales made me comfortable right from the start. He was patient when I took my time to commit. Kept in touch during my decision making period when I was comparing vehicles at various dealerships. And his words, "Whatever you decide, you do what's best for you" were what I needed to hear. I may have been slightly leaning towards the the other vehicle and although I could easily have elected to choose that one... I just couldn't. Chris actually EARNED my business. Probably the best dealership service department I have dealt with. The service department manager is great to deal with. If work was unnecessary, they have told me. They were helpful with a chronic radio warranty problem and replaced my antenna for free. I brought my truck in for some work and I happened to have a broken side-view mirror. They replaced the mirror for me as a courtesy at no charge - they didn't even tell me about it they just did it for me. I feel they can be trusted as a service department, at least under the current service manager. Good work!

Alan was an absolute pleasure to work with! Usually I’m very anxious going into dealerships but Alan was patient and attentive to what we were looking for. He allowed us to explain our requirements and then gave us many options to work with. Very quick but not rushed process. Highly recommend this dealership and Alan!

Went In for a wheel alignment. You can see one of the wheel nuts have not been tightened and is most likely stripped as I can't move it. Now the can veers more to the right then it did before and shakes when going downhill. I would not wast my time going there again as they are clearly incompetent.

This place is a bunch of liars they take us outta a brand new jeep srt and put us in a lemon 2017 dodge 3500 which has had more problems in the first 2 months of owning it then I’ve ever had with any vehicle. Tell them we want out of this truck and then give us run around expecting us to keep paying for a truck we don’t want. Emily has our phone number but choose to send a bailiff to our home then charge us for bailiff coming out.????!!!! We are out ragged Still have truck in our possession and called dealership to talk to the salesman’s we bought vehicle from and get the run around even hung up on. Biggest rip of liars I’ve ever had seen in the automotive industry. Terrible way to do business. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I strongly suggest going anywhere else

Came in to get some issues on a previous jeep resolved, luckily I talked to Johnny! He helped me pick out the best solution for my problems and helped me get a newer jeep at practically the same cost. He worked with my budget and helped me leave as happy as I could be. Thanks Johnny! UPDATE When i purchased this car, I was not told that it had a crack in the spare tire carrier. As soon as I discovered the issue I contacted the dealership. There was a bit of back and forth but eventually they agreed to replace the part for free. The part was ordered and installed about 1-2 weeks after this. As soon as I received the car, there was some noise coming from the back, but I just figured it was from the bigger than stock tire on the carrier slightly hitting the rear window, but still was skeptical because my previous jeep did not make any noise. 2 months go by, and I noticed that the whole wheel is wobbling on the back, I took it to the North Shore dealership as I live in North Van, and they stated that it was installed incorrectly, but they couldnt fix it because it was a warranty thing and I would have to go back to coquitlam. I call coquitlam right away, and they get me in same day and fix it which was great. Another 2 months have gone by and I'm having the same issue and I'm currently in the process of resolving it. In my opinion the "largest jeep dealer" should know how to install a tire carrier. It should not have been sold with a crack in the carrier to begin with, but it also shouldve been fixed right away. I have now driven to coquitlam from north van 4 times, and i'm probably going to have to for a 5th time, I havent received any compensation or help for all this extra driving or time spent without the car. Beyond this, my first jeep I bought from them had a bunch of issues and I was demeaned by the service manager when bringing up my issues. Overall, the sales people are great, the service is horrible, and I would avoid the service department completely

Kevin is the man! Not only did he give me a great price on a 2018 Dodge Caravan, but he also had it delivered with a full tank of gas to my home in Vancouver! He went above and beyond the call of duty. It's those attentions to detail that have me leaving with a great experience and a great vehicle.
