Upgraded from my 2016 Rogue to a 2018 with no hassles what so ever. Justin our sales person was awesome and helpful and worked hard to put us in the car we wanted and stayed in our budget. This is my second car through Morrey and I will be a life long customer. If I see one area of improvement, getting the final paperwork done was a little on the slow side. Everything was explained clearly, I only wish we weren't having to wait so long for the finance office to get to us. Justin however, kept on it for us and we closed with no problem. 
If you're considering a Nissan, go see Justin. He's knowledgeable and funny and working with him was a great experience. Love my 2018. It has everything I could possibly need and then some.

I had a great experience buying my Rogue from Morrey Nissan! The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and they helped our purchase go smoothly even with our fussy infant in tow! The paperwork and delivery happens quickly. We went to look at cars on Friday, and drove away in our new car today (Monday)!

Took a total of 12 hours over a whole weekend for me and my wife to purchase a rouge. During this process we caught one mistake almost made by our salesman Adam. Where he almost gave us a 5 year lease instead of a 4 year. The mistake we didn't catch and were not properly informed about was putting both our names on the lease. Which we had asked to do all along and was told "it doesn't make a difference and it's just more paperwork". We should have been more aware of what was happening and the results of this decision.

 The wife and myself are now separated and going through the process of switching the lease under my name. This is costing me a large sum of money even though we had asked for both names to be on the lease.

If you are looking to buy a Nissan. Do it from another location or at least avoid Adam. Service center on the other hand is excellent

Great experience! Martin in sales picked us up at the skytrain and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Rick in financing was awesome and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Overall great experience! Love our new Qashqai!

So the past year at morrey Nissan has not been ideal. I will get calls from the dealership and no one leaves me a voicemail and I'm stuck having to hunt down whomever. I'm also utterly unimpressed with the sales manager. Looked into the option of upgrading my vehicle- and he was not helpful. Talked about options but wouldn't be able to discuss details unless I was able to commit to something so that ended up wasting my time. Why can't I know all my options so I can make an informed decision about a commitment. I absolutely love the Nissan family but after my lease is over I'm going to another Nissan. If you're going to call me kindly leave me a detailed VM. It's not that hard! And can help elevate some of the professionalism
