I did a sleep disorder over night clinic. Friendly staff. The hole process was unknown as I never received a package. Lots of hook ups and a mess of glue in my hair the next morning. Bed was comfortable and pillows to my surprise

Twice now my family has had their wedding/anniversary rings stolen while under the care of The General Hospital staff. Currently, my older cousin is in their care in the alzheimer unit and is missing her rings. A few years ago, my grandma had hers stolen when she had passed away.nIf I could give zero stars... that would be my choice.

Hubby was transferred here in Dec 2023. So far I am pleased with the level of care. The staff is friendly. The parking.it is horrible for someone like me with mobility issues. I find it ridiculous that the main doors are locked and you have to walk around the building to enter. I don’t understand there reasoning. Put the security guard at the main entrance. Covenant health needs to address this.

My grandmother was miss treated there they were not nice to her then we find out that they were giving her expired medication so I would suggest not having your loved ones be there

my mother in law passed away Aug 6 2023. someone there stole all of her jewellery from her body after passing. I cannot explain how horrible this is for our family. you are supposed to be there to make them comfortable in her last days not steal from her deceased body. zero stars here
