The worst building ever. If I could I would give it 0 stars. Laundry machine on our floor got broken for the 4th time in 1.5 months WHILE I was doing my laundry, which means I have to squeeze all the water out and take my clothes to different floor and pay again. The elevators are under modernization till 2026 which wow no one mentioned when we moved in. Now you have to wait for 15+ min for elevator and if you’ll decide to take stairs home you’ll get stuck walking to the floor that actually will be open. It is ridiculously noisy and everything is old. Never rent from here, it’s the worst place you could find. Also there are a lot of pigeons on the balcony and we were told we can call maintenance to clean the balcony, guess what, I had to wait for around a month or something
I lived in this building for three years and enjoyed the spacious apartment, but I would not otherwise recommend renting here. There was constant construction noise from renovations, and the water was shut off sometimes several times a month. In the warmer months, it is unbearably hot without A/C.nnUpon moving out, I did not receive my security deposit back because they charged me for suite cleaning and painting. This is despite being told by a maintenance worker that I had the nicest and best-kept apartment he had seen in my building and having spent two days cleaning my unit before leaving. If you choose to rent here, expect to eat the cost of the security deposit.
We are new residents from Italy. We have looked at this place even before coming here, it was love at first sight. The neighborhood is quiet but conveniently located to the university and everything else you might need. The building is well managed and offers so many activities and amenities.
Amazing amenities & very pet friendly. Quiet concrete building. Easy care quartz countertops & vinyl plank flooring.
I would give zero if I could. This place is NOT for someone with an actual job and life. It’s absolutely insane. It’s NOISY AND FALLING APART. The management and the “leasing” office manage this property like a high school. They have no work discipline and do not communicate properly via email or phone.nAn example: a group of very loud 4-5 people from their leasing office suddenly come knocking on all doors on the same floor trying to “inspect” units. Yelling in the hallway with absolutely no regard for the basics of apartment living.nThey are extremely unhelpful with simple tasks such as fixing plumbing. They charge you for everything that is their own responsibility to manage or maintain. They do not behave respectfully. Overall the place is managed like a university residence.nThe place is super old and the renovation is just on the surface and things fall apart very frequently.nSTAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
