It is really very good. Everyone is helpful. People are decent and always ready to make you comfortable. Before moving here I was a bit concerned regarding the safety, but I must say there is no such issue at all.
I lived here for 1.5 years. It was a great experience. The building amenities are truly fabulous and the Admin team is always helpful and cheerful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally.nThere is really nothing negative about my experience living here. The building is older but is kept very clean and maintained well.
A pretty decent building with some cool amenities marred by a corporate landlord that makes it clear they are here to make a profit.nnOur rent was increased by 18% in a single year. They charge a monthly pet fee at $30 a head because they can, and you'll never see your damage deposit.nnThe east tower had 3 elevators but often operated on one or two as they were frequently requiring maintenance; at the worst of times, it took months for one of the elevators to regain function. The building goes through periods of incredibly frequent fire alarms, sometimes multiple in a night. 1 in every 7 floors can actually be accessed by stairs, so if you do decide to head out on one of the numerous false alarms, you'll be stuck waiting for an elevator as you couldn't return to your floor by the stairs even if you wanted to.nnThey've got a tiny little bike parkade with insufficient space for the number of residents that use it and it is poorly maintained, going multiple years between cleanings.nnThe renovated suites have some ugly grey finishes and unbelievably sharp handles on the kitchen cupboards and drawers.nnYou could find worse, but you could certainly find better.
Please don’t rent from this place!! Yes the amenities are nice. But on the summer, when the heat inside gets up to 30 degrees, and then the power goes out. Forget about your pets being comfortable. They will not return your damage deposit!!! I’ve began getting lawyers, because what they do is illegal.
The worst experience in my life. Although, I cleaned and fixed everything in the apartment, they took 80% of the deposit. Do not get seduced with the amenities. You will not have time to use it. I have lived there for 3 years. We broke our contract after we found a mouse in the apartment. Be careful when you read the contract.
