I've been seeing Dr. Hansraj here for several years and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experiences since she has been my doctor. She is thorough and compassionate and always listens — I never leave there feeling unheard or dismissed over any of my concerns. I never have trouble making appointments to see her online and the rest of the staff from reception to nursing are kind and professional as well. It's the first time in my life that I feel like I have a medical team who has my best interests at heart, and whom I trust to be advocates for me when needed. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Dr. Sacks was my doctor for both of my pregnancies. She answered a my questions, listened to my concerns and worries and reassured me throughout both pregnancies. She delivered my second via c-section after a long day of her being in the OR, she stayed late to deliver my baby boy. My husband and I are forever grateful for her, and getting us through both pregnancies. Christine the MOA is also very friendly, warm and makes you feel comfortable coming into your appointments and calling the office.nI will always recommend other women to see Dr. Sacks.

If I could give 0 stars for Shawn Sandu I would. Never felt so disrespected by a dr before. I DO NOT recommend this clinic. Find somewhere else. Youd be better off with ANY-OTHER clinic.nnOn top of having a nurse practitioner talk down to me and call me down, the nurses like to laugh and make fun of you. How great a clinic.nnShawn Sandu also has no idea what he’s doing. He uses google to tell you about your meds, because he doesn’t even know.nnWORST PLACE EVER.

If I could leave a negative 1,000 star I would. Dr loiselle and Dr Dunford even don’t know why mom had tachycardia. I was admitted as sick mom with tachycardia and spontaneous rupture of membrane. They checked my cervix a lot of time which gives me infection. Dr loiselle checked my cervix 2 cm Dilatation and we waited there for 6 hours. My heart rate was high and my discharge was red. She send us home and said will be back in 3 hours. We went back in 3 hours which results in swelling of my cervix. She checked again and don’t know why swelling is there and started induction. Then Dr dunford was on duty and she checked my cervix and don’t know there is swelling. Because of both doctors I ended up with stat C section and baby has brain injury. We both got sick sepsis and stayed in ICU for one month. All mom docs doctor came and saw me due to that condition except these two ladies. Both don’t know how to care a mother in pregnancy and no heart with humanity. Next time rather we delivered our next baby here, will go India to get comprehensive, excellent care during pregnancy. I would say health system in Canada is Zero. From doctors till nurses, they don’t care. I had infection and they are giving me same IV that they dropped on floor without bringing new one or sterilize it.

I just wanted to leave a comment to JORDAN STARIHA, whose treatment of me was very nice and whose smile did not leave her face. So much so that she brought another phone with her to the translation so that I would not be embarrassed and to understand all her questions without error. I'm really thank that girl
