Rejected my referral from the U of A ER, didn’t call me once to inform me that it had been rejected—I genuinely thought I was getting help until I called myself just be informed that since “my symptoms have been long term” they don’t see me fit for the clinic. I hope they know how grossly insensitive and uncaring it is to reject someone who is informing you that their symptoms are new and intense just because I had a few migraines in the past. Not only that but they assumed again without calling me! that I have a family doctor and can easily get a referral somewhere else. I hope my symptoms don’t take me back to the ER before I eventually see a community neurologist!

Most crapiast place I have ever seen. Not even sure about so called urologists, never met with us before procedure. So called urologist brought in boy with him without asking permission, that is a big no no. Should have reported to Alta. Heath care but will take care in the future.

Beautiful building inside and out and what goes on inside is amazing. It’s a fairly new building so it modern and the decor is great. Its easy to get around. It’s clean and well lit. Brought my father to the Urology Centre on the 7th floor and everything went well. There is easy access to the building by public transit. Parking can be a bit challenging and expensive. It would be nice if there was more affordable parking. Otherwise it’s a great building and great life saving work going on inside.

The receptionist is very bad, she has no experience. I have an appointment 4 times, and I have health care . She tells me that it is not valid even though I go to the hospital and I have a family doctor. All these are active

I could not even go to my appointment due to 0 parking. Took the time off from work to go to the pain clinic with issues with my neck and did not even get to go to the appointment after the hour drive to get there. Staff was good to deal with on the phone only reason it is not a 1 star.
