MIC Medical Imaging - Gateway

I like this MIC location because it is easy to get to, very new, large and accommodating. Very friendly staff, always lots of FREE parking. My last appointment I had was with Brayden and he was so good! I also like MIC because I get my ultrasound photos sent to me instantly and they are very good quality. Highly recommend this location.

I had a requisition for an US and had a very short time frame that I needed it done in before travel. I spoke to Gloria on the phone about it and she went out of her way to see if anything was available as I also live 5 hours away and was making the trip to the city for this. Not only was I lucky enough to grab a rare Saturday appt but she was super friendly and awesome to deal with. Thank you Gloria for the best service.

I had an u/s done and the tech who did it all was extremely good at her job. She ensured that I was comfortable throughout the deed.nOffice staff were personable and I was checked in and taken in for my test almost immediately. It was faster than expected. Even the time I spent waiting for the radiologist's ok was brief.nVery pleased with the visit

Today I had to go and have a pain management injection in my shoulder. Was welcomed and got in before my scheduled appointment. All of the nurses, receptionists, and doctor were awesome.nnThe procedure was completed, no pain and absolutely delightful to experience.nnWhile walking to the waiting room to meet my wife, I became lightheaded, and proceeded to collapse on the floor. I was tended to by the receptionist, the nurses and the doctor. I cannot say enough good about these folks. They care, and looked after me and made myself and my wife relax, making my recovery comfortable and painless.nnThese folks were simply unbelievable I’m a good way.nnI would highly recommend MIC on Gateway for any procedure, X-ray or test that ever require.

Every time I’ve been my US technician has been super sweet and friendly. The staff is wonderful, I actually get taken in on time! And the fact that they have warm gel over the cold ones is just one of the best perks!
