MIC Medical Imaging - Gateway

My pregnancy has required increased fetal monitoring, and I absolutely lucked out by winding up at this location for a few of my ultrasounds. Specifically, Cameron was amazing. I had her for 3 of my ultrasounds and she was absolutely fantastic. Extremely quick and efficient at capturing required measurements of baby, but beyond that, she showed excitement and enthusiasm for my pregnancy by being communicative about what images we were seeing, and capturing images to send to me afterwards that will be precious memories for me and my little one. I left each ultrasound with her feeling so excited. My experiences at other MIC locations have gravely paled in comparison, and I encourage other locations to more closely emulate the professional and personal approach and experience provided by Cameron and the Gateway MIC. As a bonus, front staff there are consistently super friendly and helpful!

Excellent..from reception to the nurse and doctor.....very thorough, very kind and explained everything so well. Great location . Easy to find. Loads of parking. Originally booked for Jan 2025, but they put me on a cancellation list and got me in much sooner. The wait time was the shortest I have ever had.in and out in no time..I am so thankful for the amazing medical care we have in Edmonton. Thank you so much to the entire team at MIC Gateway. You are appreciated.

Every visit was very pleasant. They warn that parking can be limited but I found there was always plenty of parking for my visits! All the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ultrasound techs were all very personable and informative which is always lovely for pregnancy ultrasounds. I will for sure be returning for any future pregnancies!

I recently had 2 pregnancy ultrasounds done at this location and the tech doing them were fantastic. I never write reviews but their kindness and approach to care deserves it. They were both very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout the exam that made me feel at ease. I had a bad experience at the century park location recently so I really appreciate great service at this location. Keep up the great work! I can’t remember the 2 techs names unfortunately.

Beautiful and clean location! I usually go to the Tawa location but was booked here because it had an opening for an earlier date, so i took it. I didn't wait long in the waiting room and the staff were all warm and friendly. Thank you MIC for an excellent service always.
