Came on a Monday for Ultrasound. Great experience at the imaging clinic. The place was clean, the service was fast and efficient, and the staff were very professional. The sonologist, Aesha was very gentle, which made the whole procedure much more comfortable. Highly recommended!

I came here for an ultrasound and when I was called back for my appointment, the receptionist brought two other patients back as well. This alarmed me immediately as I feel each patient should be called back separately, but I didn't say anything right away. When the receptionist was taking us to our change rooms, she loudly began discussing my medical appointment in front of the other two patients - including talking about taking my clothes off. When that happened I did say something and asked her to not discuss my medical appointment in front of other patients. I found this extremely upsetting and incredibly unprofessional given the nature of what was being discussed. The receptionist barely apologized with an insincere 'sorry' and did not seem to care at all. The tech who did my ultrasound was amazing, very caring and sensitive, always asking for consent to touch me and advising me of everything she was doing before it happened. After my appointment I emailed the director of the centre, Ms. McCue, to let her know my feelings and how I felt my personal privacy had been violated. I received no response, and based on other comments and reviews stating the unprofessionalism of the receptionist staff, I can assume that this is a known issue and that the managers of this location simply do not care about patient privacy as much as they should. I will never book here again.

My physician booked me in for an emergency ultrasound. I was able to get an appointment the next day. It was very efficient!! Less then 45 minutes, I was in and out. My doctor had the results within hours. I was super impressed! I'm thankful to have been seen there.

Barely got in and seated before I was called for my appointment. The facility is very nice, very clean. The staff seems very engaged and pleasant. The technician was great and the whole experience was really good! In and out so quick! Thank you.
