What an amazing clinic, I take my mum here every few months and the last visit on Thursday was by far the best. I had the pleasure of being helped by the front staff Danica and Summer. They helped me and my mum check in and out very smoothly, answered all our questions and had such kind deminors. I strongly believe in leaving reviews when people go above and beyond and these girls did just that. Very kind, very smiley and super helpful.nIf these ladies see this, you guys are awesome and deserve raises. By far the best clinic experience me and my mum have had in years!!

For one of the biggest eye specialist clinics in Edmonton they have the worst location and horrible parking. There is one 15 minute handicap/loading zone and maybe 20 spaces in the back of the building. I dread having to bring my father here because of this. I try not to complain publicly but as I sit in my car up the street typing this I see countless people circling looking for a spot to park or try to drop their handicapped loved one off by main door but someone is parked in the 15 min spot I mentioned. It’s frustrating.

Was referred to Dr. Somani for a suspected old detachment asymptomatic, which was confirmed and treated with laser the same day. I am so impressed by this entire team. Everything moved quickly and efficiently and everyone was super kind and professional through every step. I was in and out in about 1 hr 15 min.nnCan't comment on parking, as I took a cab. It's good idea to bring sunglasses for after, as it wouldn't be uncommon to have your pupils dilated.

Dr is great but the receptionist need to improve her attitude. When I arrived, I stand right in front of her for like 30 seconds, but she completely ignored me. Until the other receptionist available, then I move to her line.nI’m not demanding person but I think she can just tell me she is not in service and send me to the next line instead of let me stand in front of her for nothing.

This is my 3rd visit to this clinic for annual screening. Dr. C.F. Baker is my clinician.nI would like to commend the professional approach of staff and in particular his clinic assistant Maria.nMaria provided me with exceptional care, communication and support for my patient needs. I have chronic pain from injuries and other conditions which can be challenging if required to remain in one position. Maria provided clear instructions for the process and procedures which was reassuring. She listened to my concerns and provided me accommodation for my medical needs.nMaria exemplified a professional client/ patient focused approach.nThank you Maria
