Our family is incredibly grateful for the care and compassion provided by Pilgrims Hospice during my wife’s grandma’s final days. From the moment she arrived, the staff showed an extraordinary level of kindness, patience, and professionalism.nnThe facility itself is beautiful. It was always spotless, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. The layout truly felt like home—comfortable, calming, and welcoming.

Such heart-felt staff. Hardly feels like a hospice. The staff are incredible, and the volunteers are amazing. Everyone has so much compassion. Rarely do I feel like a bother to anyone. Ice cream cart and alcohol cart roll by once a week. Guests are encouraged to participate! We've even had our 7 month old pup be brought in. She's loved getting to know the staff!nnWhen my time comes, I'll see to it that a small donation or even a small amount of money gets left behind. My wife will make sure to sing the praises of this place.

I’m writing this review nearly a year after my mom’s time at Pilgrims Hospice, and it’s taken me this long to find the right words. Pilgrims Hospice provided an exceptional level of care for my mom during her end-of-life journey. The compassion and professionalism demonstrated by the staff were nothing short of remarkable. They not only tended to my mom’s needs with the utmost sensitivity and skill but also embraced our family as their own.nnOne of the most memorable and touching gestures was their effort to arrange a wedding for my sister at the hospice. It was a beautiful and heartfelt celebration that underscored the deep care and attention the staff provided.nnAs a nurse myself, I was initially unaware of Pilgrims Hospice, but I now recognize it as a beacon of excellence in palliative care. The environment they create is warm, supportive, and truly exceptional. If you are considering end-of-life care for a loved one, I wholeheartedly recommend Pilgrims Hospice. Their dedication and humanity make it an outstanding choice.

I don't even know where to start when it comes to talking about this place. You never want to be in a position to say goodbye to a loved one, however it is a fact of life. From the moment you walk in the doors you are greeted by the most loving and caring staff and volunteers. You are made to feel at home, from the snacks, beverages, soups, and spaces to relax. You truly are treated like family. We wanted to do Christmas in September for my mom as it is her favorite holiday. The staff and volunteers jumped at the opportunity to do this for my family, they pulled out all their Christmas decorations and made the space beautiful. I can not thank Pilgrims enough for everything that they do everyday. This place is truly one of a kind, thank you for being here.

My father has been at the Roozen Family Hospice Centre for four days now and we are beyond grateful for the level of care he has received. Every staff member, doctor, and volunteer has been amazing and very accommodating. We also had a very special moment today when one of the nurses played Christmas songs on the piano and my Father hummed along to the music. There is no other place in the world I would choose to have my father at for his end of life care. THANK YOU!!!
