Central Lions Recreation Centre

This is a fabulous place for those aged 55+ to engage in various social activities from physical exercise to art to playing games and socializing. Also! They have an amazing auditorium space with lots of extra spaces - great for weddings and family reunions and other celebrations which require a stage space. Staff are friendly and helpful!

The staff has been very helpful. Great facility for the latin and ballroom festival we sponsored. Lots of room for the dancers and all the families and friends that came out to cheer on!nFestiva Dance was amazing! Can't wait till next time. ‍

The center is perfect for large Gatherings and has a lot of space to use for special events. All staff and other people I encountered were very pleasant and cordial. The center itself appear to be very clean and hygienic

Central Lion is a great facility with top-notch amenities. The highlight is definitely Ella Catering—homemade meals that feel like a warm hug. However, I gave it 3 stars because during winter, the building often sees an influx of homeless individuals trying to come inside, which can affect the overall experience.

Excellent facility and organization for Seniors offering a huge selection of courses and events. Very good kitchen and cafe. The front entrance on 11 Av is also an ETS bus stop for easy access.
