It’s a good clinic and nice doctors.nBut I had to take my son in because he had a fever and we met doctor Qurban. Honestly he was not patient or friendly. He said “I have other patients better to see than to wait for your kid to stop crying”nnMy son was crying and nervous about getting his ears checked. And that’s the response we got.nnHe seemed hesitant giving me informations and was solely reading off of his computer which gave me no confidence because I could easily look up the same info and I wanted my son to be checked completely. He only checked one ear, he didn’t check throat or gums and only half listened to the breathing. He kept telling me to sit the baby down and hold his hands and head however I know a better way to hold my own son in order to have him calm and checked better but the doctor was not having it.nnI would assume a doctor would be more considerate and patient when helping a little 1 year old who is sick.
The staff are professional and friendly, they greet you like they know you after only a couple of visits, which is nice. Dr. Baidar is a very good communicator, assertive, concise and attentive enough to take the time to make sure you understand anything you need to know about her process or your health. The only thing I would note for improvement is often when I call, the reception desk will answer and then put me on hold, I'd rather reach a voicemail or call back.
Up until six weeks ago, I had been without a family physician since 2020. My doctor of over 30 years, with whom I had felt extremely fortunate to have been one of her patients, retired. I was concerned that I would never find another doctor I could trust and who would provide me with the excellent healthcare I had become accustomed to. However, in early September during my meet and greet appointment with Dr. Hina Baidar I realized that, once again, I had lucked out and had found just that. I was so thankful that Dr. Baidar was still taking on new patients. By the end of our initial meeting, I realized I had found a family doctor who is totally committed to the wellbeing of her patients. Thank you Dr. Baidar.
Worst clinic experience I have ever had. Was in over two months ago for a meet and greet appointment where Dr Hina Badair did nothing but make me feel like I was a burden to the healthcare system and that she was “so busy” that I would likely never get in to see her, as well as ‘diagnosing’ me with something ‘untreatable’ after not even having access to or looking at any of my major medical files. Since then, I have yet to receive a call for a follow up for any appointment. When I called to ask about an appointment I was told it was a 5-8 week wait after meet and greet for an appointment, after I informed the receptionist it had already been over 8 weeks, I was then told “well I guess the doctor is busy, you’ll be called when we get to the waiting list”. If a doctor cannot see any patients MONTHS after an initial appointment because of wait times, the doctor should NOT be on the list of available health care providers. Additionally the initial experience with this doctor immediately left me feeling hopeless, not exactly a great feeling for a healthcare professional to instill in their patients.
I went here and had a bad experience. I went to see Dr. Baidar. I was surprised to hear that this was a “meet and greet” appointment. No one told me that on the phone so I wasn’t expecting that. If I knew I would’ve went elsewhere. I need a doctor’s appointment not an interview. I didn’t feel comfortable and felt judged by her. I was already nervous for my appointment and she definitely didn’t make me feel better. I told her what my issues were and she dismissed them entirely. I felt hopeful seeing a female doctor but I didn’t feel respected there at all. I’m very quiet and shy so I normally don’t write reviews or say anything. I cried immediately after I left because of how I was treated. I’ve been having health issues for over a year. She told me they would call me in 8-10 weeks. How can anyone wait that long to resolve health issues? I can’t believe I wasted my time to basically just chit chat with someone so disrespectful. I’m writing this so you don’t waste yours. Please go somewhere else. You’ll find better doctors who don’t dismiss and judge you.
