The staff at your clinic was very friendly right from making my appointment to when I left. They made me feel comfortable, safe and that my care was a priority throughout the procedure and the whole experience. The clinic was very clean which I appreciated as that seems to not be important in medical facilities anymore. The staff are professional from your building entry until your exit. I waited very little from one step to the next. I didn’t even get to settle in through a few pages of my book! The technologists were courteous and respectful. The new ultrasound machine was quick and efficient with results the next day. My only complaint was the condition of the upholstery on the patient chairs. It could use some attention. Hard to properly clean them in that shape.

I saw three different technologists yesterday and each of them was amazing! The loveliest bedside manner, I felt safe and as comfortable as one could be considering the procedures the entire time. The space is very warm and clean. It was a very cold and snowy day, and they had nice little heaters running in each of the waiting rooms as well. Thank you 109 st! Incredibly efficient, and overall best experience I’ve had in a healthcare setting like this.
