The staff is simply amazing! From reception where they calmly worked through the fact that I forgot to bring my requisition!!!! To the three technicians who did my scans…. They each had a beautiful ability to be professional but also make small talk that was personal and interesting and put my anxieties to rest! I can’t recommend this clinic more. The people here are above average and I feel lucky to be their patient!

The receptionist, Muniah, was very courteous and professional and greeted me right away. She processed my information quickly for my appointment and after a short wait took me back to the US waiting room.nBrittany the US technologist was fabulous! They were running a little behind and she apolyboth when she came and got me and again at the end of the US, which to me is above and beyond, especially since it was only a little behind.nShe was really polite, explained everything, asked questions about my finger and was also very friendly, making sure I was comfortable enough during awkward positions. It was a wonderful experience.nThe site was clean with a decent amount of parking and is easy to get to.

From the moment I walked into this clinic I was greeted with friendly staff.nI came for a procedure but because of my medical history it was not completed. The doctor then proceeded to do a different procedure to help with my pain.nBefore, during and after the procedure the doctor and technician were very accommodating and understanding!nI felt safe, listened to and treated respectively.nThis was a very positive experience!nThank you!!

I have been going to the 109 St location for many years. The staff has always been skilled, friendly, empathetic, patient, and informative. The team takes the time to explain procedures and answer questions thoroughly. I truly appreciate the continuity of care and the genuine commitment they show to their patients’ well-being.
