We recently made a great purchase here. We couldn’t have received friendlier or more helpful service and we also got a steal of a deal to boot. We were very happy with the service we got from Susannah, Mario and Mike. They offered to detail the car and make sure that all the fluids were new. 

They were very helpful and the financing was easy with a very low interest rate. 

We would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. It is nice to see the new direction a new management team is taking the business.

This is probably the worst dealership in the lower mainland. I bought my car and 3 days later the weather stripping falls off my door and they refuse to replace it. The gave me an extended warranty which I need to use but can’t give me the company and policy number for Nissan to complete the work. These people are completely incompetent and I recommend you walk before buying a car here!!!

Terrible very unprofessional from the receptionist to the people who sell you the vehicle. 
Got our truck few days later the brakes were squeeling I brought it back and they said they would fix it was ok till half way home back to the same thing I brought it back and they did they would do a total replacement of the breaks I came back only to to find that They just drove the truck around and they could not find the noise even tho it very obvious, like stoping a damn bus or truck you know that loud squeeling noise ! Untop of that each time we go we have to take time off work because their “service” people don’t work on weekend 

So they did nothing also on the report it says that the truck comes with 2 keys I only got one and they would check on it saying even tho it says 2.but they said no !?!!!
In the so called deal they said they can add all this and that and blah blah extras but all I wnated was a back up camera added so they said they would send me a cheque $xxx and I could pick a place I want to get it done at well 6 months later and serval phones calls later I never received this “cheque” 
So I guess Its never going to happen cuz the last time I talk to the person who sold me the truck said to me “send me referrals and I’ll send you a cheque -“ anyways big long story I’m just very disappointed and would NOT recommend this place

very unhelpful. went to look at an Explorer but it was sold and they said they would find me another one and would take my truck as a trade in. after a week or so i called Tony back to see when they wanted to look at my trade in and he said he would check and call be back in 5 min. after another week i called them back and got the same response. that was the last i ever heard from Tony or anyone at Driveco and its been about 2 months. ended up buying a explorer elsewhere as they obviously had no intentions of helping me. Its to bad because they had a Mercedes there i was going to buy also. To bad for them.
