Thanks John! You've got to be one the best in business. The best car buying experience I've ever had. Absolutely no pressure to buy, and let me test drive on my own for as long as i needed. I got the exact Jeep that I wanted. John walked me through the entire process, answering any questions I had, and explaining anything I didn't understand. I'll be back with my father-in-law soon to find his next vehicle.

They let us install our carseat and take a car for a test drive without a salesperson even coming with us.  We were able to fully evaluate two different cars and bought a 2016 Nissan Leaf.
We had our 3 year old with us and John accommodated us by getting me to sign what needed signing, leaving just my husband there to finish up the rest.  This allowed me to leave to get lunch and find somewhere else to entertain the 3 year old her while they did the paperwork.

I had a great experience at this shop. Staff were very honest and they communicated my options thoroughly. Car was ready to go faster than I expected. This will be my go-to shop from now on.

I recently bought a 2015 Nissan Leaf SL from Autoway. I had looked all over Victoria (my home) for a used Leaf SL in excellent condition but did not find anything suitable. I did find one at Autoway that was just what we wanted (even the colour) but I did not have time to go see it in person. John Landon at Autoway sent very detailed information about the car and several videos of the exterior and interior. He even highlighted a small scratch that got through detailing because of a sticker over it that he subsequently sent back for touch up. In addition, he informed me that he would install a new set of tires on the car, a bonus that was not mentioned in the listing and that I did not expect. Everything looked almost too good to be true but I bit the bullet and had the car shipped (at Autoway's expense). It was exactly as I had hoped - in mint condition and with battery health of 92%. 

Based  on my own experience, I cannot recommend Autoway strongly enough for anyone looking for a quality used car at discount prices. John Landon was a pleasure to deal with. Also, he and the owner, Randy Shier, (neither of whom I have had the pleasure of meeting in person) followed up after the purchase to make sure we were pleased with the car. We are very pleased. Thank you both for your great service and professionalism.

P.S. I don't know what the story is with the couple negative google reviews but suspect it is jealous competitors who lack Autoway's high ethical and professional standards.
