I recently got a new honda civic and I was very happy with the service provided at this location, especially with Chuck Wan. Chuck was really great; he was very patient and took the time to really go over every question I had. He did a good job of showcasing the options of cars that I was interested in and I feel good about the choice I made. I was also very impressed with the detail in which he explained everything, especially the payment options with me. It was my first time purchasing a car and he made the process really easy and enjoyable.

If you are ever at this location, look for Chuck Wan, you won't be disappointed.

I recently purchased a new car and I'm glad my friend referred me to Glenn. Overall the experience was great. He was genuine, honest and didn't pressure me at all from buying the car. He was also patient and easy to talk to. Glenn gave me a the run down of the available payment plans till we found the right one that's fits me. In the end, I ended up getting a good deal and I'm happy very happy with my new purchase. I highly recommend going to this dealership and asking for Glenn if you're looking for a new car!

I recently purchased a new vehicle from OpenRoad Honda and I cannot recommend Chuck Wan enough. His assistance throughout the entire process from day one has been nothing short of amazing. He was extremely accommodating with my schedule and helped every step of the way. Highly recommend finding Chuck if you're looking for a Honda in the metro Vancouver area!

I had a pleasant experience with Open Road Honda Burnaby, well enough to take the time and write a review. My wife and I were in the market for winter tires and I called every Honda dealership near my area. 

Whereas I was ignored or put on hold for a very long time at other places, I was well looked after at Open Road Honda. When I didn't have time to talk on the phone because of work, the Service Manager Mark arranged my winter tire service through email.

I get a reminder call the day before my appointment and on the day of the appointment I was greeted by Gary the Service Advisor. I was given a complimentary ride home and a complimentary pickup by Art the Driver while everything was taken care of. 

I even had warranty work done by Open Road Honda for my 2016 Honda Fit. No nonsense and I wasn't given the run-around. :)

My wife and I are very happy with our set of Michelin winter tires and the service we received from Open Road Honda Burnaby!

Everything about this dealership is exceptional.This is the dealership that will take care of you and your car!!!

I purchased my used Accord from Carter Honda. After I purchased the car, it was noticed that the service records did not match what was done under the hood. I brought it back to Carter Honda's attention but it turned into a gong show and a nightmare. Whenever I see or hear "Carter Honda"  I get a sick feeling in my stomach!!!

When i found out that there was a service recall for my battery, it was HIGHLY recommended that I see Tim Yau (Service Advisor) at Open Road Honda. When I took the car in, he heard about my experiences with Carter Honda. He went above and beyond his duties and made sure my car was checked out when it was in the shop for the recall. 

As a female driver, it was the biggest sense of relief to know that the car was checked thoroughly and I can drive it safely instead of wondering what is going to happen to the car. 

Thanks to Tim and Open Road Honda in taking care of me and my car.
