My wife and I purchased a 2009 BMW 335 X drive from Motomind. Right from the start we had a bad experience. We thought the purchasing process was difficult, but we made it happen. After we bought the car we found out that we were only getting one key. That happens with used cars though so we accepted it. We wanted to take the car to a BMW specialist to have it examined and the manager refused to let us do that. We ended up taking the car to Nixon automotive after we purchased it to have it checked out. We later found out that there was a lot of evidence indicating that the car was in an accident. However, we were told by Motomind that was not in an accident. I believe this company takes cars that have been in accidents, fixes them and then resells them to the general public. They produced a Carfax report, but if the accident is not claimed with ICBC then there is no way to prove it. I would never buy a car from this company again.

Genuine and helpful staff who did thier best to help us after the car we purchased had a number of issues right from the beginning. Got most of them resolved satisfactorily and would be back again.

I recently purchased a BMW from here - I had a great experience and I found William (the manager) to be honest, courteous, and fair. In his own words, they "do things the right way" here. Rita (sales) was also a real pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from here again in the future. Thanks guys! - D.
