Had a great experience here...Friendly and welcoming manager, customer service, sales and finance department. My sales person was Sid. I would definitely recommend him. The entire experience from first test drive to final purchase and delivery was smooth and painless. I would gladly recommend Lougheed Hyundai to anyone I know looking to purchase a car. Bahram

I just recently bought a used car from this dealership. The customer service was fantastic. In particular Steve Boulay went out of his way to make me feel comfortable, as I was purchasing my first car. He came with me to test drive it, explained how everything in the car worked, right down to how to move the seat and steering column. Once I had decided on the car, he went the extra mile to have it serviced to make sure everything was in perfect condition, including small things like a new battery in the remote key. When I went to pick it up he even filled the gas tank full for me. I would 100 % recommend this dealership, and if you can, purchase your car with Steve! Amazing service.

Had a great experience at Lougheed Hyundai. Sid was our sales rep and he was great! After an accident, Sid was very helpful with what to expect and kept in contact with me while I went through the LONG and FRUSTRATING ICBC process. I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Amazing customer service from people who genuinely care about you and your vehicle. I've gotten my car serviced here three times now in preparation for an out of province inspection, and it's been just awesome every time from start to end. They called me by name, explained everything clearly, and got me optional quotes for services that matter to me. From the appointment booking, to the shuttle drivers, who are also their technicians, to their service staff, receptionist, everyone seems genuine and human and upbeat. I've been to a few Hyundai dealerships and this is by a huge margin the best one. Even the complementary wash-and-vacuums were better somehow. I am so relieved and stoked to have a great shop to take my vehicle to.
