We ordered 2 dishes and a smoothie for lunch. The chicken Nanban is crispy and delicious. The curry sauce is great combined with chicken. The smoothie was not too sweet which I like it. Will go again to try the dessert next time, it looks delicious to me.
The service was prompt and pleasant. The Vienna coffee was excellent, but unfortunately, the food didn't suit my taste. It's simply a matter of personal preference; I'm unfamiliar with this cuisine and found it not to my liking. Even the hamburger I ordered had a distinct taste that wasn't to my preference.
Nice neighborhood eatery, more than a cafe as it’s all service restaurant food all day, not only a coffee/croissant place.nnMasago spaghetti was good, their popular dish. Good size portion if you want pasta but not much protein other than a few bits of squid here and there.nnSit down restaurant, good vibe for Marpole as not much in the area.nnParking pretty tight here so lots of free side street parking.nnFriendly service. Wouldn’t mind trying their desserts next time, looked good, but not anytime soon as they don’t accept Amex.
Japanese and Italian combination great. Prices very affordable, dishes around $17nnKatsu Don was very crispynnDesserts were delicious too. Europeon style chocolate was good
Uber Eats review of:nMasago De Creamy Spaghetti with Hamburger SteaknnIt was so good!nnCreaminess is like an Alfredo but spotted with masago salty fish eggs and topped with nori seaweed.nnThe hamburger steak was so tender even though it was fully cooked. I could have eaten it entirely as-is but broke down and added catsup for final bites.nnPrices here are always a little on the pricey side, but more so post-pandemic. A coworker had a discount on her account so joined in to order.
