Days Inn by Wyndham Toronto West Mississauga

Had a great stay here the past 2 days. Desk staff was excellent, hotel is in a good location. Not a huge place and they are still renovating, but our rooms were brand new, clean, and we had great water pressure for our showers. This hotel had a great price compared to a few of the other places we looked into. Really enjoyed our stay.

Absolute worst customer service the rooms smelled like smoke, the sheets had streaks on them. We requested to be transferred to another room and the staff member "Kamal" was very rude and short with us. She appeared to be troubled with our request,even saying our concerns were "unique" Will not be returning here ever again, spend your money where you get professional services.

They offered locked storage for my large luggage, so i didnt have to take it to my room. Very clean room, nice wood floors, bed was very comfortable. Walking distance to Tim Hortons, Starbucks, and several fast food restaurants. Free shuttle bus to airport which is only about 10 minutes away.

dump. rude attitude. no security truck was messed with. only friendly staff was jarrad front desk person. house keeping lied and terrible room service

Rooms have been recently renovated and are clean. Staff was God awful, frustrating and very bad at customer service. Will NOT return.
