Agree with everyone that the suites are spacious. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was fully supplied with pots, dishes and utensils. It was so nice to eat homemade breakfast after eating on the road for a couple of days. We would stay here again next time we're in Ottawa.

Our family's favourite suite hotel. Amazing front desk staff. Large, clean, comfy suites. Can you say pillow menu? 😏 Close to downtown. Reasonable pricing.

I have stayed here a few times already and i am always impressed. Last stay, they upgraded my suite to a two bedroom, two bathroom - really did not need it, but it was nice. The suites have full kitchens; so yes, you can certainly make it your home away from home. Very clean, quiet and large suites. The parking is expensive - 20 plus dollars for one night, so they lost a star.

Currently staying on an extended stay with two small children. The staff is exceptional. I mean, over and beyond exceptional. We ran into some kinks at the beginning of our stay at no fault to the staff, but they really made it up to us, even as far as getting some small gifts for our little ones. There’s nothing worse then staying somewhere that feels “foreign”. I truly feel that Alberts wants you to feel comfortable and their ratings show for it. I don’t think we would’ve wanted to stay elsewhere. Definitely doesn’t feel like staying in a stuffy hotel. Building is quiet. A lot of amenities nearby, including a full convenience store attached to the hotel. The ONLY thing I wish it had was something for kids, especially during the winter, but hey, you don’t come to the nations capital to stay cooped up in a hotel.

The suite was more than what we expected. Clean spacious cozy. Great location. Staff was great. It was nice they gave the option to not have cleaning service and get $5 off the room cost. Would definitely recommend and go to again
