Stayed multiple times at Delta Hotels Ottawa City Centre. The location is excellent — close to downtown attractions and easy to get around. Rooms have always been clean and comfortable, and the staff consistently friendly and helpful. Marriott Bonvoy Platinum and above elite members also enjoy access to the Club Lounge, which adds extra value with complimentary breakfast, snacks, and beverages. I’ve stayed here a few times now, and I’ve also attended events with your catering team — every experience has left me with a really good feeling. There’s something genuinely comforting about the way your team cares for guests, and I’ve always felt welcomed here. Even now that I live in Ottawa, I’ve already arranged a stay here for friends visiting, because this is a place I trust and feel good about.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The air worked well and the fridge was cold. The shower pressure was fantastic. The beds are so comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again anytime. I would also recommend staying here to anyone.nThank you souch for eveythi g you did for us.
On Nov. 28 at 11:37pm, guests in the room adjoining mine began attempting to break down the adjoining door to my room. This was not a casual attempt at the doorknob or a gentle push, it was two males attempting to forcibly open the door. Fortunately, the deadbolt lock held. They were also extremely loud both before and after the intrusion. I did bang on the adjoining door and told them to stop. However, this was a VERY terrifying experience for me. I did call the front desk and ask that those guests be removed from their room, as I was clearly not the problem. The front desk clerk was reassuring and did arrange to speak to the occupants of the adjoining room, and that did occur, but they were not removed.nnI do want to note that the front desk person offered to move me to a different room, one without an adjoining door. I declined because it was nearly midnight, I was in my pyjamas, and I was fully unpacked. I spent a very sleepless night there, with no offer of apology or acknowledgement when I checked out. No one cared.nnI am unlikely to stay at the Delta Ottawa City Centre as it is clear that the hotel does attract a problematic clientele.
Stayed here a number of times, and always leave wishing I had booked one more day and visited more often.nnThe staff is amazing, the facilities are great only missing a hot tubnnRestaurant was very good, wish I had tried it earlier on.nnIts a 20 min walk or less to most places you want to be in Ottawa.nnCheck in is earlier, and check out is later than most hotels, which is nice.nnThe bell-hop is well worth the tip to get your items taken up to your room.nnPlus no pet fee and EV chargers in the basement.nnIts does sell out, so doing an extended or last second trip can be hard, but if you can afford it and get a room well worth the effort.
