Banquet hall at Delta hotel is superb. It has ample space for 350 guests. The catering was done by Delta Chefs and it was amazing too. And last but not least the servers were extremely professional. They served with a smile on their faces. They were looking ways to help. All in all a great experience.nnBTW, the indoor parking is also a blessing.
During my family’s recent stay at the Delta Hotel Ottawa, we were thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service and customer care that made our visit truly memorable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my parents anniversary and my brother's birthday celebrations were nothing short of incredible. Wow, had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Delta Hotels on my last business trip. Appreciated the attention to detail and lovely service. I was recognized as a Gold Elite member and upgraded to a higher floor with lounge access. The rooms were spacious and clean, and appreciated the bottles of water. The amenities are top notch - gym, swimming pool, sauna, restaurant, lounge. Lounge was wonderful and had a good assortment of food at breakfast and happy hour - bright airy space with superb service. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re in Ottawa! Extremely central and welcoming.
Luxury from the lobby to the top floor. I stayed for 2 nights and was not disappointed. Clean rooms and every single member of staff I interacted with was friendly knowledgeable and willing to help. Location was perfect for exploring the parliament buildings. Parked my car the whole time and enjoyed walking around the city.
The staff at the Delta were friendly and efficient. Check in was seamless, and our room was clean. The bathroom in our room was exceptionally small. Two people cannot be in it at the same time. You can barely close the door without rubbing against the toilet, shower or sink. There was a mini fridge, desk, Keurig style coffee maker bags not pods, and one heavily stained fabric sitting chair. The bed is not that comfortable, we stayed at a Choice Hotel in Quebec City the week before that had a more comfortable bed. The hotel bar does not have good drinks and you will pay dearly for the privilege of finding out first hand. There is a Tim Hortons just off the lobby.
