White Knight Motel

We were quite impressed with our entire stay at White Night. We had 2 rooms. Check in was fast and easy. They were clean, affordable, reasonably spacious and the location was good for us as we were going into downtown Toronto. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area

The management was too bad. They don't know how to speak with their customers. There is no room service and the room was so messy and smells very bad , specially washroom was so flithy.

Customer service is awful the guy was very rude. If customer ask you something thats your responsibility to give them answer. I asked him two things afterthat he said you can go to the other places. This hotel is cheap like there employees. I will recommend to everyone spend 200 and get 7 star service in any hotel instead of 120 with cheap room or cheap employees and old rooms with bugs.

At first when I read the reviews about this place I was not sure about staying because someone wrote that they didn’t get their deposit back but I did receive mine back, it was totally fine and the front desk man Sunny was kind and helpful to me, and explained the deposit is returned if you have good standing and don't trash the room.nnok It is not a 5 star Hilton hotel so don't come expecting that, but for the price it is clean enough and provides the basic needs for shower and sleep. I would rather stay here and pay low fee than paying 2-3 hundred at some other hotel just to get a sleep.
