By far the best hotel I've been to in a long time . Very friendly and welcoming staff and even the cleaning ladies are nice . Most comfortable beds I've ever slept in hands down! You're guaranteed a peaceful sleep in one of their beds , it's like sleeping on a cloud . My boyfriend and I stayed here for a few days last week for his business trip , and it was amazing. We got an executive suite and it was beautiful , spacious & clean . Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't have a pool which really would have been nice . Most locations do , however besides that one minor thing , an overall great place to stay and reasonably priced for such a luxurious hotel .

We found it On our way to Canada and I am excited staying in this cosy small hotel near the Pearson airport... they have shuttle and the facilities are pretty good... cheaper than any hotel in the area with good breakfast... Rooms are always clean also... they have a nice bar and a good Italian restaurant located inside the hotel with good food and good prices... also there is a good spa here with reasonable fares... staff was extremely helpful and they did the best to take good care of everything we asked... I recommend this hotel 100%...

Booked because of the price and close to where I needed to be for a week as well as the Wi-Fi and breakfast. Upon arrival and check in the lady at the desk was rude and treated us like we were bothering her and she had something better to do. Walked into our room and we're blasted with a musty , stuffy smell. The washroom fan was obnoxiously loud and the fridge didn't get cold. We went for "breakfast" and waited around 10min before finally approaching the kitchen ourselves to ask for our meal. The tables and buffet stations were dirty. Thinking the restaurant might be better we decided to have dinner there. Again waited forever for service and the food was sub-par. I went to use the fitness room and none of the equipment worked .I brought it up to the front desk as well as the dirty dishes left in the hall for 2 days. When they finally cleaned then up the staff complained the whole time. I don't really care about the drama/BS going on amongst the staff. Tried to have dinner again but after waiting for 15min and no one showing up we left and went out. The attitude of the afternoon/even staff was NOT professional. Made me feel like I was a burden. Our room was never cleaned well. The tub was always a mess. We will NOT be ever returning.

Staff was friendly, food was fantastic. I had the salmon with rice and veggies. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms looked  a bit dated, bathroom fan was Very noisy. However overall great experiences, lobby/ restaurant looks amazing! They gave us an extra hour at no extra charge 😊I would definitely return!!

Room cleanliness is low, not well maintained. The complimemtary breakfast is perfect and the rest of the experience with staff was awesome.
