We recently stayed at this airport hotel and had a fantastic experience. We have stayed here before, but the hotel has clearly improved. Everything is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable with no noticeable wear and tear.nWe did not have the breakfast, but it looked fresh and tasty, and the stations were kept clean and tidy. There was staff constantly refilling items and cleaning up.nThe staff really stand out. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what they do. The shuttle service ran smoothly, and Bharat at the front desk went above and beyond by keeping my wife updated on my whereabouts when my phone died, which was really appreciated.nThe bar downstairs plays sports and has a good selection of beers on tap with a relaxed sports bar vibe. Right next door there is a gas station with a classic convenience store that has snacks and even beer if needed, with a Tim Hortons attached, although the complimentary coffee in the lobby is much better.nThe gym and pool are perfect and more than sufficient for a quick workout and dip. We also requested a crib, and it was ready in the room when we arrived with a clean mattress and sheet.nOverall, a great stay. This will be our go-to hotel before and after flights in and out of Pearson Airport.
We booked this hotel for twonDays prior to our vacation.nThe room was decent. But the top comforter was stained. Other than that, it was a typical hotel room.nThe Bar/Restaurant was fantastic. Kirsh, the server was absolutely amazing. Very professional, hard working individual. He ran the entire thing on his own. Despite being a very busy night, he was on the ball. He was very personable and respectful. He made some goooood drinks!!!!nGreat job to Krish.nWe appreciate your hard work.nSo, We were told breakfast was included. Come to find out it was 20.00 per person, which is rediculous. The breakfast was ok. Typical hotel buffet. But not worth 20.00nThere was a woman that come into the hotel. She was created by staff member, as if they had know each other.nWe were told by that staff member that she was a “working woman, she makes men happy”nI was kinda blown away. Then it come to our attention this “working woman” was across the hall from us. We could hear her “working”nHaving her boy toys coming and going all night was concerning. And very uncomfortable.nThe elevators were both broken. Making people use the stairs carrying there luggage with no assistance.nWe saw a family walking from above us, and we were on floor 5, carry all their luggage and a baby in a car seat while she was pregnant.nI know they can’t help mechanical failures, but some assistance for people who need it would have been helpful. For the price of this hotel, I did expect a lot more than what we got.
In town for work and decided on this hotel because of its proximity to everything and makes an early flight easy. There were a few inconveniences, like an elevator down just having one really slows you down, no 430am shuttle driver etc. But ultimately these were temporary issues that were easy to work around. The hotel itself is clean and the staff were all incredibly friendly and accommodating.nnThe breakfast buffet wasn't huge, but had everything you need eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, breads and the support staff were wonderful. Both morning and the wait staff in the evening.nnAll in all, I enjoyed my staff.
Hotel was wonderful. Restaurant was great. We did a park and fly and the driver that took us to the airport was nice but on the way back he wasn't great.nOn a long flight back we had to load all the bags our self while he watched... The route back took a weird route. When we get back to the hotel no help unloading the bags. Idk maybe he was having a bad day or something... It was just a little frustrating especially when your a tired traveller.
Pet friendly which is perfect we travel with our dogs with our job. Krish is perfect in customer service in every way. Makes a perfect dirty martini. Many millions of stars for him. Krish I hope life does you well you are an impeccable asset to this company. But on the other hand our puppy wrecked a chair in the room ok we are 100% responsible for that I agree but paying 900.00 for a chair where my pup wrecked a cushion and an arm piece I could see 200 to maybe even 400 and we would pay of course but 900.00 you gotta be kidding when you get your chairs in bulk and at warehouse price its not even a 900 chair in the first place
