EDIT based on response: First of all, if the hotel was sold out I would not be able to still reserve a room, considering that this is still an issue tonight. It is clear who the park and fly vehicles are due to tickets on their dash, so I know that there are way more than a "few" park and flies. I have also heard from colleagues that this has become a regular issue lately and is not an isolated incident. Again, very disappointed with being brushed off when there is no excuse for having inadequate parking for guests. You need to put a limit on these park and fly packages or I can guarantee that regular business travelers such as myself will choose one of the many other hotels in the area instead. I have been a regular guest at this hotel for several years for business trips, but will not be returning until the parking situation at this hotel improves. There are too many "park and fly" guests, leaving no parking spaces for actual guests. I asked the front desk and was told I would have to park along the side of the building - something I'm not comfortable with, especially when driving a rental car that I don't want to be responsible for potential damages on. This hotel really needs to manage the volume of park and fly coming into the hotel and needs to leave enough space for actual guests. This is completely unacceptable and poor customer service.

We were on our way to our vacation and our airline cancelled the flight. They arranged an overnight stay here complete with a complimentary shuttle. We have no complaints except for the hour long wait for the shuttle. The hotel room was clean and the service was good. It would be a good idea to have a drop box when checking out to save time.

Nice hotel, very clean and he beds were comfortable. Furniture was in good conditionm. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Location was great both to the 401and airport. Only downside was that the room was very dry for sleeping

Stayed overnight before an early flight the next morning. Service was great and the shuttle to the airport was quick. Arranged to leave our car in the parking lot during our vacation. Pick up after our return was quick and seamless. Wouldn't hesitate to do the same in the future.

Two nights in Toronto. We are choosing to spend our second night at a different hotel. Room would have been a good size for one person, but was small for both of us and our luggage. It was quiet and a good sleep. No continental breakfast, unlike other airport hotels. Meals in the hotel restaurant were good, not great. This works as a hotel, but other airport hotels would be a better option for you. It's not good advertising to be waiting in the winter at the airport curb and be passed by other hotels' shuttles twice or three times.
