Hampton Inn by Hilton Toronto-Mississauga

Amazing hotel and The best service. Would definitely recommend this place for family stay. Super friendly and helpful staff. The front desk turban guy was very polite and helped me with the breakfast in the morning. Will back soon for sure and A+ rating for hotel.

Amazing stay. Great location & hospitality, was even upgraded to suite jacuzzi as room type was not available. What else you can expect from Hampton teammates. Decent breakfast nice decor in the lobby.

Terrible . Should be torn down! Zero stars from me but Google requires at least 1!Place looks like it belongs in the 1970’s . Beds smelled musty and dirty. Bathtub needed replacing. Sink and tub drains malfunctioning. Staff grilled my friends who stopped by to hang out and demanded they present ID , just ridiculous. This place needs to be shut down. A tent would offer better accommodations!

Standard Hampton Inn. I will not recommend staying there. There has been strange inquiries about my credit card both times. The first time was a phone call after checking in stating something went wrong and they wanted me to give them my card info over the phone. I told them I would come down to the front desk and see what was needed. The front desk claimed not to know anything about it. I believed them and booked a second time. At this check in the front desk made a hard copy of my credit card which they did not do 2 weeks prior. I ask to see the hard copy and ripped it up and kept it. Then I told them they are not getting a hard copy and if they want me to go to some other hotel I would. I also reported them to Hilton management.

Had an amazing experience during our week long stay at this property. Neat and clean, well maintained property with the best customer service. Staff is really friendly and eager to help. We even got free premium wifi free of cost. Would definitely stay again.
